ordered twice, both quick to track, then first amount confirms as 0 so i'm waiting for the second to do the same - its only a very small amount which is why they know it won't generate a query but now I'm left feeling that they're dis-honest so probably won't bother using them again

Quick to track and pay cash back. However the merchant's customer service was not so good, as the advisor kept trying to persuade me to return the goods to the store, instead of arranging their free collection. This was annoying since it clearly stated there is free returns policy on their website.

I have used this retailer for a long time and alway had good service. However, the last time I placed an order in March through TCB the transaction was tracked quickly and the date shown as May when it would be payable. However, when the payable date came around the payment due showed as £0.00.
There was no reason for the cashback to be cancelled. I have submitted an enquiry with TCB and stil waiting for a reply from Wilkinsons.
