Tracked quickly. I collected goods from nearest branch to avoid delivery charge. Store was supposed to contact me when goods ready to collect. Hadn't heard from them so I called in on off-chance about a week later and stuff was all there in a box so not sure how long it normally takes.

Hmmm, well. As I said in my last comment, it tracked quickly, however, cashback wasn't paid on the date stated. In fact didn't even go to the confirmed column, has just gone to payable column as £0.00!! Very weird! Will get in touch with TCB over this.

Cashback quick to track, very quick delivery. Problem with one item (not Wilkinsons fault, a manufacturing problem). Full refund or replacement offered straight away. Very pleased, will definitely from them again. Also offer cashback on items to be collected.

Used for the first time in November 2009 in order to buy some of the children's xmas presents.
I elected to have my items delivered to the local store for me to collect in order to save on the delivery charges. Never had any trouble or problems with them.
Always kept well informed by email as to how my order processing in going, and the store has always phoned me when my items are ready to collect.
Excellent service. Will continue to use.
