First time I have purchased on line with this merchant and cash back declined as I supposedly went through a different referral site. Will just purchase in store in future unless I have substantial discounts / voucher codes. Forget the cash back.

Have bought from Yours Clothing, once instore , twice online . The first time i bought online the cash back tracked fine. The second time i bought online the cash back has not tracked , had to lodge missing claim , Still waiting for YOURS CLOTHING to reply!! . Bought clothes at end of May.

Have bought from this retailer on a few occasions, both online and in-store. I always use standard delivery and so far items have been delivered within 3-4 days from ordering. Fantastic value for money compared to a certain other well known retailer. Sizes are generous.
Not given votes for customer service as I have never used them, also no votes for cashback due to not tracking, although I did get free delivery through TCB so that was a bonus! Would definately recommend this retailer for plus size clothing.

Absolutely awful for cashback, used to be no problems but now never tracks at all, and they don't seem to reply to enquiries on the subject either.
I like the shop, but don't think it should even be on TCB anymore for the result. :-(

Have used this site a lot of times and have had some good bargains. Initially used to track and pay out quickly but has not tracked at all last few times and they have, thus far, not responded to TCB communications.

fast delivery on items i ordered, wasnt too happy that they add aprox £2.00 to the order for returns BEFORE receiving the item! but apart from that was easy and quick website to use
