i am a new customer to this site, but the twoo purchases i have made have been wonderful value and quality, but have only given four stars for the customer service as i havent had any dealings yet with them, as for the overall experience with the purchase, i gave only four stars because delivery is slow, waited ten days for first order, have waited a week for my last order and it hasnot yet arrived, yet on a lot of sites i have had next day deliveries, or two days delivery, so if they could speed it up a bit i would be more than satisfied.

I have bought goods from this company several times now, they are quick, the goods are as advertised, very good prices and I don't have any complaints. Except about Royal Mail who failed to read the instructions about delivery, and because I was not in took the parcel back to the sorting office from where I had to go and pick it up ggrrrr.

I've found their service very poor. On my first order I received no cashback - it showed but then changed to zero (including top-up!). I have since ordered again, and am currently still waiting for next-day delivery, ordered more than 3 weeks ago. I have found their overall service to be sadly lacking in helpfulness...
