I've been buying from Zooplus for some years now and have never had a problem with neither tracking nor payment. One of few retailers who stock a selection of organic dog and cat foods. Free delivery once you spend just £19. Packaging can be rather inadequate at times, but over all a very good retailer.

poor product, items not even similar to photograph on web site. no cash back despite spending over £50 as seller cannot verify sale was through top cash back. other sites have been fine but this one a problem! avoid!!

Really like Zooplus, their prices are good, delivery prompt and customer service efficient. However, in terms of cashback... don't get your hopes up. Neither of my two orders this year have tracked nor been paid. It won't stop me using this retailer, but disappointing that I'm not getting cashback.

I have been buying from Zooplus for some while now but the tracking of cashback is very unreliable, with the last two orders (January and September 2010) not tracking. I don't know whether this is some kind of catch with the reward points, but something is not working efficiently. - I normally am very successful with cashback. There is increased competition in the pet food market online now so they are not always going to be the best value option.

I've now ordered from this retailer twice. Their price for the brand of dog food I buy (James Wellbeloved) is the best price I've found online or in local stores - £12 cheaper on a 15kg bag than Pets at Home and with free delivery. My first order at begining of August was delivered quickly and I have just had an e-mail syaing the order I placed online last night will be delivered tommorrow. However, cashback on my first order placed 8 August did not track and Zooplus have not yet responded to my manual claim submitted 4 weeks ago. Order placed last night tracked today so I will wait and see if it gets confirmed.

I ordered 14kg bags of my dogs food because the price was the cheapest I could find but after the first order the price increased by nearly £10 so wont be ordering again!

Although they have good products, they are quick in delivering and the prices are competitive, after three months I have received no cashback and no feedback regarding it. Good firm, but perhaps they should sort out their outstanding payments!

No cashback after eight months. I see TCB is still offering cashback from this retailer, despite a bunch of complaints from other unhappy customers like me. This retailer can be assured that each time I make my regular purchase of sackfulls of food for my huge dog, I'll buy it from anyone other than Zooplus.

I have been ordering from Zooplus every month for a few years now and find them an excellent compnay to deal with in every way. However, I keep having to put through manual claims and so far have never received a penny cashback from them, which is very disappointing.

I have purchased from Zooplus.co.uk twice and each time had to submit a manual claim. Just heard from Topcashback that Zooplus.co.uk not paying the claim. Not happy about this and will not be using them again. Be warned that the manual claims process takes a long time and then not to reach a satisfactory conclusion is most frustrating. Topcashback have been extremely helpful - so dont give up on them because they are the best.
