Despite the graphic on this site showing the text "All Prices Shown Include Delivery" when I got to the check-out it was going to charge me £1.99 for delivery. So didn't purchase.

I have not received any email communication about this order, although I was informed after the order was accepted;
'Your order confirmation with full details has been sent to’ my email address.
I have written several times to 7dayshop without response but they are still sending offer emails to my address.
Fortunately, the order has been delivered but the cash back is not acknowledged and I have made a claim.
I find lack the of communication from 7dayshop very annoying and am not sure that I will use then again.
