Low cashback rate and so, so slow. People used to joke that the "7 days" referred to the delivery time, but I wish they were that quick! More like 14dayshop. Stuff tracks instantly but takes months to pay out their 1-2%. Great deals but never order if in a hurry.

Previous transaction tracked quickly but dropped to zero later. I did not bother chasing it up since it was only 2p. I will watch the latest tracked transaction carefully.

I've also seen my cashback track correctly and then go to zero once it becomes payable. It's not a big value but it is annoying.

This site is cheaper than others. But it has got bad practice -when item you ordered suddenly become out of stock they put it on backorder which you cannot cancel or withdraw, let alone there is no phone support. After of couple of weeks or even months you receive without warnings this item which it not needed any more. Besides as a result there is not Cashback paid, since original order is cancelled by 7dayshop and created new without buyer’s involvement.

Tracked straight away and pretty quickly but when it came to payment it suddenly went to £0 and was told I somehow didn't qualify. Rubbish!

Same here - CB tracked fine for two months and then suddenly went to payable @zero. No obvious reason. Slightly disappointing.

I ordered some lexmark printer ink at a very good price. When setting up my account I inadvertently made a mistake in my email address, so did not receive order confirmation and was unable to log onto my account to check on the order progress. However a quick email to them with my order details, resulted in them tracing my order and informing me of the incorrect email I had used so I could log on to my account and make the necessary corrections.
Item was delivered in good time though haven't used yet so can't comment on quality. Cashback tracked quickly.
