Having read through the reviews I cannot see how 7Dayshop have received a 99.9% rating. This does not tie in with the number of negative comments made about either the delay or not receiving cashback at all. 99.9% implies one unhappy experience from 1000. The number of unhappy comments is far in excess of this. Please explain?

7 Day shop offer a eclectic mix of items. All the items I have bought are very good, and quickly delivered.
Cashback from TC and 7 Day Shop is very poor. 3 times I have tired, with only 1 payout. 2 are going through manual claims, one of which has not been resolved for almost a year.
Use 7 Day shop for its products and prices, but not for the cashback.

Garbage company ordered items in stock next morning they changed my order. so i cancelled the payment but they took £2.02p from credit card regardless and as yet have not payed it back. crap company useless email customer support. avoid.

My order from Sept2011 tracked, but cashback changed to zero. I have just noticed it has now reappeared as the right amount. Even if I hadn't of got cashback I would have still shopped at 7day as everything I have ordered has been really good value.

Did not track for about 3 months and retailer finally cancelled a back order for one of the items. Due to TCB's follow up, finally ended up getting cashback. Not a retailer I would recommend for cashback.

Actual cashback and tracking is fast. The retailer itself is not impressed at all. Ordered a tiny item and could not even bother to deliver on time as stated and the lame excuse was 'inudated with winter offer'. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Now purchased 2 items and both tracked & confirmed yet no payment has been forthcoming and total payable states £0.00
Only purchase from them due to their prices on their website. Don't use if you are expecting cashback.

Bought multiple items from 7dayshop and all tracked, however cashback amount was set to £0.00. TopCashBack support say this happens when the merchant rejects the claim. No reason given, all Ts&Cs were followed.

I have ordered a few things from 7day recently and they have all been good. One parcel was lost in post but after I emailed 7 day was reposted, took a while but that was mainly down to post office. Cash back has tracked well but goes to £0 after a while, so I have not received any payments,but items were good value anyway so will still use them.
