Don't expect to get anything from this company. I took out a policy with them last November but still no sign of any cashback. I put in a claim and have sent nudges but don't hold out much hope anymore. They just want to lure you in and hope you'll forget to cancel their autorenewal and continuous authority which they set up on your credit card. From reading all the other reviews on here, I think TCB should remove the AA from their list as they're not honouring their promises.

Had a very reasonable quote from the AA last September, which I purchased - the cash back was a bonus, or would have been, if it wasn't still sitting in the pending column 11 months on. My annual renewal date is fast approaching and I have still not received any cash back. I've waited patiently, but have just submitted a ticket to the Topcashback team.

FRAUD!!! This cashback is a joke and is non existent!! The AA hike the price of a quote up by almost exactly the same as the cashback value they are offering when you go via TCB. If you then go direct to The AA (i.e. not via TCB), you will get a quote which is reduced by almost the same amount as the cashback value (plus/minus some pennies). I tried this several times and using on different browsers.

brought car insurance last july tracked quickly but payment still not been actioned, tickets been put in to topcashback still nothing, gone with another insurer this year who was 100 cheaper

Purchased car insurance back on 28 Feb 2014 and still shows as pending. It now shows estimate payout for AA Car Insurance is 26 weeks. It was definitely not 26 weeks when I purchased insurance. Looking at all the most recent feedback provided by others can see that a lot of folk never got their cashback, good way to treat your customers AA. Think Topcashback should possibly look at removing AA Car Insurance off the site. AA will not be getting my £ for renewing car insurance and breakdown cover now.

Purchased insurance with this merchant on 1st July 2013. Cash back tracked immediately - but has not been paid. A support ticket was raised in March 2014 - and topcashback have continually been unable to provide any assurance or timeline for the cashback to be paid. While this is my only bad experience with topcashback, I'm very disappointed with their inability to resolve this with The AA.

Took out a policy on 3rd June 2012 and the cashback tracked but STILL awaiting payment now in 2014 which is disappointing to say the least. Raised a support ticket but have had nothing but failed promises about they are waiting for the payment to be received and as soon as it's received I will be paid! Well done AA you've now lost a customer!

Cashback tracked quick enough but waited and waited for it pay out and for no reason all of a sudden after 5 months of waiting it just disappeared. I dont understand why, I was a new customer, paid and kept my insurance, no chance of putting a claim in as is now well over 100 days ago, so very disappointed.

Along with many other people it seems my cashback has been set to zero. The transaction tracked instantly but then remained at pending for several months before being set to zero payable. Given the number of people this is happening to topcashback should remove the AA from the service. DO NOT SIGN UP EXPECTING TO GET THE CASHBACK

I have read some of the comments concerned with this retailer, and want to add my experience (so far!) I purchased car insurance at midday. On clicking through to the retailers website I noted that a pop-up appeared on the Tcb webpage saying that this had been noted. After completeing the purchase I received an e-mail from the AA - thanks and the policy documents should be with you within the next 24hours. 25 minutes later another e-mail from the AA with links to the actual documents. 8 minutes after that an e-mail from Tcb saying I had a new credit to my account, which was the AA cashback. Pending and payable in 8 weeks. That is quick as I have had insurance cashbacks before and there can be a 5 or 6 month delay as they don't want you to cancel and get the cashback (understandable) Therefore no complaints at the moment and a very decent service from both the AA and Topcashback.

AA cashback didn't track, took them over 5 months to decide not to pay up when I lodged a claim. Not impressed by this. Insurance is good mind, and so was the price. Don't buy it for the cash back, that's all

Hi,I took out insurance with the AA 12 months ago, Tracked OK then failed at the 3 month band. After 12 posts/ nudges to top cash back I am NOT hope full of getting the cash. Policy got 20 days to expiry I just hope that I do not have an accident as I just do NOT want to have the same terrible experience to sort a claim with them. The 4 emergency service- a JOKE.

Terrible. Just like the other reviews, did not track, nudged, looked like that had worked and then suddenly dropped to nothing with no explaination. However you have to pay a penalty to leave the AA early so now stuck with it. Never again!

I purchased this policy - it didn't track so I've had to submit a missing claim. Then it also didn't give me the free breakdown cover! I called customer services after purchasing and they told me this was for new customers only and I was a customer. My policy had expired so I was no longer a customer! I told her that there was no mention of the fact that it was for new customers. She insisted it was! It was only when I demanded to speak to a manager that she said she would 'try' to set it up but it probably wouldn't allow her to! Guess what? It did allow her to!!! They just try not to give you the free breakdown they are advertising! Disgraceful!!!!!!!!

Ordered car insurance policy, cashback initially tracked fine. Then out of the blue AA decided to refuse it. Queried & all looked successful. Now they have declined it again - no explanation. Was expecting exactly the same amount as they are currently offering. I still have the policy so no idea why they've refused it - other than this is a con designed to get as many signups as possible. Their car warranty is useless as well. So my advice - don't bother!!!

As with myself, most other people have found to their cost you dont get the cash back it regesiters then goes to zero tcb ssem poweless or reluctent to do anything about it you put your trust in a brand name of the AA this sort of non payment of cash back cannot be doing the AA reputation any good i have had the same problem with taking out there credit card first the cashback appears and the goes to zero again tcb seem to be powerless and just hope you give up chasing which appears to be comming more common with many of the other suppliers you have to do all the running to maybe get your cashback
