	Avoid this company unless you want to continue chasing cashback vouchers from them, everytime you ring them, they buff you off with excuses saying computer sustem is down, takes months to get payouts, we have been waiting for 5 months for a cashback payout, still not received, takes forever to get through on phone.

	Went directly through Top Cash back for my cash back and told that it has been declined. First time I have used this company and it will definitely the last. Do not expect to be paid your genuine cash back claim. Read the poor reviews for this company. Please avoid this company and buy elsewhere. Untrustworthy company, wriggling out of its obligation. Top cash back should kick them off the site!

	I checked reviews of this website prior to purchasing my phone contract in Sept 2013. Clearly this is a recent decline (2014) in systems and customer service. I sent my first redemption claim in Feb 2014, I was told the money would be in my account mid April 2014. This did not happen, positively they responded to my email regarding this and told me the money would be in my account mid May 2014. Needless to say the date came and went and now they can't even be bothered to respond to my emails. Do not get a phone contract through this company, they are clearly in trouble and none of us are going to get what we have been promised. I would love to know if there is a way of cancelling my contract and forcing affordable mobiles to have to pay back their reward to O2 for luring me in under false pretences!!! This is not an ethical or acceptable way to treat people, if you can't do this properly then stop fraudulently selling phone contracts!!!

	Stay well clear of these jokers , no service , sub stanard products it took 5 months for them to do anything about a phone they sold me which the battery just died and wouldnt charge. Eventually they offered me a replacement and asked me to send the phone , which I did and was glad they were finally trying to resolve. I then recieved an email to say there was a tiny crack on the phone therefore they would not replace, when its clearly a factory fault with the phone. This was 3 weeks ago. Nearly six months to be fobbed off and they still have my phone which im paying a mothly contract for. Can't even be bothered to send it back. Buy from a real retailer is my advice.

	Still waiting 3 months later for them to repair a dud phone they sent me. Dont reply to emails. No aftercare service. A faceless shallow company designed to rip you off by seducing you with cheap prices and in my case sub standard product with no aftercare. Ah it feels good to vent. Be back soon with my lastest update on this woefull company

	If you want a cheap phone quickly. Then this is the company for you. Hence the high score. However i suggest you look I to it further. This company has no aftercare sales. They dont reply to emails , they dont honour their guranteess. I am still waiting 3 months later for a phone to been repaired after they sold me a dud. Its hard to belive how they get away with such poor service. Stay clear. Their service is shockingly bad. Dont give them the chance to rip you off too.

	Initially they declined my tracked transaction back in July 2012 but probably they had undergone a change in management about the same time, because, surprisingly they paid off the topcashback claim I raised thereafter within a couple of months. Also I had one redemption bill paid off which is the only one I managed to apply for. So, overall their new team seems to honour commitments made to the customer. I will come back to them once again if they manage to keep up to this level of service.

	AVOID ....waited eight months for cashback for them not to pay it out. I had all the correct reference numbers and processed the order correctly...Top Cashback do nothing to get you your cash either ...A.V.O.I.D.
