	This is my second Purchase on this cashback site and my cashback has not been tracked I have checked all cookies and everything works fine, I will see how long I have to wait for this cashback if I don’t receive it I will never order from this site or the retailer as am not having a good experience with both affordable Mobiles took a week and I didnt recieve my handset once I emailed them they said they out of stock only I recieved email later to say order has been dispatched a week after and the contract is wrong,I emiled them and have had not reply been three days.

	Pre-ordered a Blue Samsung Galaxy 3. All retailers had stock issues, but the delay with Affordable Mobiles was greater than others.... however, it was a good deal so was prepared to be patient. Heard that the company had been taken over (late June). Phone was then delivered earlier than their quoted delivery date, so good performance from the new owners (A1 Communications aka buymobilephones.net). However, a few days later I check TCB and found my cashback had moved from pending to payable.... but at £0, ie declined. I can see no reason for this other than the new owners not wanting to honour it any more. It certainly was nothing done on my behalf and tracking went perfectly. Have submitted a claim, will post back if decision is reversed. I doubt it though, so beware!

	Cashback was due to be paid end of may, but still nothing, and by the looks of things from previous comments, they don't seem to pay anyone, no stats for last payment either, avoid this one if looking for cashback!!

	prior to my earlier comment I just thought I would give an update....tv finally arrived on Tuesday but not until a few number of emails threatening legal action and numerous phone calls but still no cashback.

	In December 2010 I purchased a 24 month contract mobile from Affordable mobiles, expecting £40 cahback. Despite several nudges, they did acknowledge the claim and now in May, 18 months later after another nudge they have replied saying they will not pay cahback as 'duplicate order reference, commission paid to another affiliate' No idea what that means. I certainly have not received anything or indeed made another order and will definitely avoid them when contract expires.

	order placed 29th feb, tracked quickly but after that stale mate, was promised tv within 28 days contacted there customer service twice only received reply once was promised tv delivery week commencing 28th May and gues what still not here!!! Cashback was due 30th April and surprise surprise still not cleared!! Be careful!!!

	Absolutely appalling company, the website states next day delivery, this never happened, the courier DPD attempted delivery after 2 days, I phoned them and rearranged delivery for the following week, they still attempted to deliver before the rearranged date. The phone was returned to Affordable mobiles so I had to phone them to cancel the contract, the number on the e-mail did not exist, then when I obtained a number the IVR didn't work, ended up costing me a fortune to listen to a recorded message telling me all advisors were busy. O2 charged me the first month contract, it's a nightmare company who I wouldn't touch with a barge pole

	Never got the phone I ordered. It was out of sotck, but they don't tell you that when ordering, or indeed after ordering. Only when you chase to see why phone not arrived! On the plus side they did cancel the order without fuss and the cashback did track very quickly. I went to another company and had my phone the next day. If considering using I would suggest you phone them and check stock first.

	I ordered a deal with cash-back via website - however they have not honoured this deal and I have given up trying. Take a screenshot if buying a cash-back deal or better still don't use this company - I wouldn't use them again.

	wow what service from this company cashback tracked very fast,mobile arrived very quickly was kept informed from order to delivery,i would recommend this company affordable mobiles to everyone including my friends and family,and of course topcashback for being such a great company maximum stars all round well done :)x

	Rubbish Ordered sim free phone. Checked by phone it was in stock, came home to find money repaid, no commumnication from seller. Rang to find out why, phone not in stock, and will not be restocked - why is it on the website, and why do they tell you it is in stock?!

	Received my free laptop after only 2 days of requesting it. I sent a screenshot of my paid mobile phone bill which seemed to speed my claim for my free gift up. Still waiting on my cashback but its in the confirmed column on my topcashback account. Would recommend affordable mobiles for its quick and efficent service

	Tracked really quick and payable on the stated date unlike my wifes (through mobiles.co.uk) phone which is pending and was due to pay out back in march and still hasn't. Phone arrived quickly and free gift was easy to claim. v happy!!
