Tracked really quick and payable on the stated date unlike my wifes (through mobiles.co.uk) phone which is pending and was due to pay out back in march and still hasn't. Phone arrived quickly and free gift was easy to claim. v happy!!

A word of warning - the '3' free sim card offer is no longer available. After using google, the site doesn't stock 3 sims anymore. But ordered 'c' sim card.

Pretty much immediate tracking of my cashback (£60), so no complaints there.
I'm not overly convinced about the quality of this retailer though. The 'new' phone I received has clearly already been opened, as the seal has been broken and rather shoddily re-sealed using sellotape. However, more disappointing is the fact that the 'free gift' you receive when taking up a new contract is not delivered immediately. Oh no, you have to request this via a claim form, including proof of payment of your first bill. This involves a wait of at least 4-6weeks from making the initial purchase.
So be warned... if you're intending to use the present for a birthday or Xmas gift, make sure you allow yourself plenty of time!
When I wrote to customer services on both the issues above, I received no response.

Bought phone in June 2010 but never recieved cashback. Topcashback can only wait for response from company. I don't think this is good enough when these sites offer cashback, they should persue claims as they are encouraging you to buy from these companys.

I was a little concerned at using this merchant having read some of the negative comments. HOWEVER, they offered the best deal by far, my cashback tracked quickly and was confirmed and paid within 2 months. The phone that I ordered wasn't despatched next day, but I got it within 3 or 4 days.

ORDERED PHONE STATED IN STOCK ON WEBSITE, NEXT DAY GOT PHONE CALL BASICALLY SAYING NOT IN STOCK AND DID NOT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD BE . AFTER 10 DAYS RANG TO CANCEL ORDER NEVER REALLY ASKED WHY BUT SOUNDED RELIEVED THAT I HAD. I WOULD SAY AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Ordered a new phone contract in April/May when cashback was at £75. Tracked and confirmed very quickly but still waiting on it to be made payable. It has been over a month now since payment was meant to be made and i am still waiting. Have submitted enquiry to tcb, fingers crossed!

I am extremely impressed with TopCashBack, since I aqm quite accostomed to sites that say one thing, but deliver something not near as good. I must say that TopCashBack 'does what it says on the tin'!!

Very disappointed that the cashback tracked at £1 rather than the £5 promised when I clicked through. But at least it tracked & got to payable unlike a good few other retailers. Ho hum.
