	Cashback takes too long. I give this platform 90% but regarding the Cashback feature unfortunately it takes toooooo long to be available for payout.

	Used Ali a lot, but lots of problems I have bought hundreds of items from AliExpress. Most purchases are fine. However, on TCB some items don't track. Eg if 10 items are bought on one order, sometimes only 6 track. Also, higher value items have often not tracked and a claim is is not successful.... AliExpress refuse. The biggest issue is if there is a fault or problem with an item. In my recent experience AliExpress basically don't refund. They demand it is returned at your expense, to China or a UK address and then don't refund. So you are left out of pocket for the defective item and return postage. Be warned, it seems to be common AliExpress practice if you Google. I am trying to get chargeback from PayPal..... and I'm not so keen to use AliExpress going forward.

	No cashback and an awful company to deal with Cashback tracks and then gets declined every time. Awful company to deal with if there is a problem. Had to go back to our credit card company to resolve. Avoid - they are scammers.

	Declines anything over £1 Tracks fine. Very, very slow pay out for pennies but when it comes to cashback £1 or more they decline to pay out.

	Aliexpress DELIBERATELY never tracks Aliexpress absolutely and deliberately never tracks. I've purchased on multiple device types (PC, Mobile, Chromebook) using multiple browsers, and it's always the same. Aliexpress should be kicked off TopCashback as they're starting to give it a bad reputation.

	Great experience Cashback from Aliexpress visible within few days. And not only that, items ordered on Aliexpress are delivered within 7-10 days which is also amazing.

	Good value cashback was very quick and products are good value. Unfortunately they missed out the first line of my address and I had to go to quite a lot of trouble to finally get delivery.

	Thieves and Robbers I have one order due to be delivered from Ali-steal-my-money-express. Once that has arrived I will NEVER use Ali-lets-take-the-mickey-express ever again. Regarding this order, the delivery company dumped the parcel at my front door; then left. No opportunity to refuse delivery because the parcel was clearly empty. Absolutely nothing in it. As I could not refuse delivery, I took a video as I unpacked the parcel, as it was clearly empty. All that was inside was the empty packaging! Customer service said no to a refund. No to a refund for an order I could prove I had never even received! Woeful and pathetic. Robbing, dirty, low down thieving animals. I'm not pleased by my experience, as you can probably tell.

	Tracking has improved I was having to claim quite often in the past but now it seems that tracking is reliable. Offer a decent rate too.

	Not tracked once This site never tracks for me despite all attempts to do things correctly. It's also hard to raise claims as the orders need splitting to individual items and the amounts asked for are in pounds when the transaction was in dollars (the credit card company does the conversion). Most of the time it's not worth the hassle. I never spend too much there because the risk of getting a poor product is too high.
