	They don't always pay cashback One of the few retailers at TCB that I don't trust. They've declined multiple claims for cashback multiple times despite evidence of purchases. Out of the approx 40+ purchases I've made, I've experienced around 50% success rate as to whether or not they will honour their agreement to pay. There does not seem to be any reason for the declined claims.

	Deny claims Declined multiple claims for multiple purchases with plenty of evidence. Don't bother with them for cashback.

	False advertising on the cashback amount False advertising on the cashback amount. As tcb said to me subject to change any time so you're on your own. Also gets rejected sometimes despite using only approved codes or no codes and no coins.

	Fair Enough! I've been buying off Aliexpress for a number of years and always been happy with the service in general. Have had a fair amount of cashback from this merchant and seems to process is a timely manner. Would use again.

	Never the correct amount AliExpress will never pay out the correct amount before VAT it's always short. If it's more than a couple of quid expect to wait more than six months and if there's another item on same day expect them to try and bundle it together at an even lower rate. For multiple items on the same order made together consider yourself lucky if it tracks 2 out of 5.

	Declined again. The larger the order, the higher the chance of the cashback being declined. Always the same story, item not showing as being purchased via tcb. I now very rarely use AliExpress as they have broken the trust between seller and buyer.

	1000£ paid without any problems For tracked orders, 3 months maximum for payment. For NON tracked orders need wait from 4 to 5 months for payment.

	Absolutely guaranteed to refuse cashback for EVERY order. Avoid. Cashback for this retailer strangely always gets refused by them. Fair play to TCB though for paying out when you fight the claim with proof of purchase.

	Don't bother Waste of time - even one star is too generous . Even when a missing claim lodged with order number it was still claimed that order wasn't seen - how can that be!

	Tracks Every Time! Tracks every time I make a purchase. Unlike some retailers, I never need to raise an issue with Aliexpress. Nice one!

	This is not an issue with cashback but a serious warning about AliExpress AliExpress is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The products vary hugely from extremely poor to good and a higher price is not a guarantee of quality. But the real problem is the false guarantees and then promises from the staff. The buyer protection is useless and they think they operate above UK law - despite their claims that they abide by local country laws. Customer service is setup to avoid paying out on any claims no matter how legitimate they are. They tie you up in unclear terms and red tape, repeated requests for the same information, and lies that the problem will be solved "soon". One current example is that they say that an item is waiting for me to collect from a courier. Yet this courier does not allow collections. And the courier tracking info states that there is a delay (16 days and counting!) while they can no longer find the item. And in UK law its not my responsibility to chase up the courier (I don't even have a contract with them so they could refuse to deal with me). And of course I paid for delivery to my home so even if it was at the couriers location (it isn't) and if they allowed collection (they don't) then I am not going to collect and suffer the additional costs of that! With another ongoing claim, they even blatantly lied and said I haven't returned a faulty item for which I provided them with proof of posting and proof of delivery - and I even used their postage label for the return! Despite having 2 very clear claims I have had to go through a very long protracted fight with them to try and get my money back - which they refused with false or irrelevant reasons and ultimately resorted in me having to use chargeback (which even then they tried to use irrelevant info to argue). I am amazed they they are able to continue to operate as surely they must know customers won't return once they have had experiences like this, and many will write bad reviews! 	the quickest 100% has to be the best and most consistent company. I use them all the time and the % is between 6 and 12% so not to be sniffed at.
