They seem not to pay out unless you put in a claim for non-payment and even then make your wait several months. My friend had the same problem with Amex.

Cashback declined. Cashback was meant to offset card fee and paid a big part in taking on product. Declined, and so stuck with the fee. Avoid.

Appalling. Transaction tracked fine, card opened fine, been used for month. Suddenly cashback declined as apparently Amex have changed affiliate network and as such no claims will be considered. Shocking behaviour, suggest avoid!
