Terrible experience. Cashback didn't track on BA Prem Plus card, so they avoided paying £45.45 on a card which cost £150. As the cashback accounts for 30% of the card cost, to not be awarded the cashback is significant. Amex are unable to provide any reason for the refusal and TCB are unable to help. A very disappointing experience!

Have been really pleased with my new credit card and cashback, getting 5% on purchases for 3 months and it builds up really quickly. The main places I shop take the card so I can buy my petrol, weekly shop and Xmas presents as well. Great for online shopping as well!
