	Used to be reliable but not any more Looking at the recent reviews there seems to be a pattern here. I also cleared all cookies and followed the procedure. As with the previous reviewer I was declined cashback because another merchant was recorded other than TCB. Not possible!

	Rubbish Declined to pay even though I followed the process. Apparently another merchant was recorded other than TCB which is impossible. I wouldn’t bank on getting paid if you decide to apply for a card and go through TCB

	No cashback I never count on it paying out so not surprised when they didn't payout even when I did it by the book.

	DOES NOT PAY Take out a card with a huge Annual Fee - £100 cashback - DECLINED - do not expect any Cashback.

	Doesn’t track and doesn’t psy Didn’t track. Lodged claimed. Supplied extra details as requested. Claim rejected. 1 star as 0 wasn’t an option. On a side note also found many places won’t accept it

	DID NOT TRACK I did 2 different transactions both did not track! also look at the feedback newwest first none track then once you submit a claim they tell everyone you didnt use topcashack first!

	See if anywhere else offers similar benefit Topcashback has been working ok for me generally speaking, so when I had similar cash back on applying for AmEx, I used topcashback. All I can see if that it did not work and I had to chase for feedback, unlike other smooth experiences I’ve had. So I would say for similar benefit, don’t bother doing so via here as it may not work.

	One of the companies that doesn't like paying cashback Opened an account through topcashback, refused cashback a few months later using the usual excuse of "unable to identify that TopCashback were the last referral to this sale". Now I have been on TCB for a long time with over £5655 cashback so far, so I do know if they are just making excuses to not pay up.

	Declined by Amex Very disappointed to see that my cashback was declined by Amex and I can't dispute it. I don't know why the system didn't register the referral from TCB as I followed the link and did everything that is advised to ensure it is tracked. Extremely frustrated as they have decent offers but they're only good if they actually pay them!

	6 months no cashback They may be paying the small amounts, hence the positive comments but if you've got a card with big cashback, you're likely to get nothing.

	No cashback from American Express Time wasting. I followed the link to apply the credit card. Apparently American Express system failed to recognise my application was linked via Topcashback. But how come 'lodge a claim' drop down list shows the American express retailer then?! Same to my partner's AE credit card, same response given by Topcashback/American Express. Got really upset. Will not continue using the card after 1 year.

	Paid out as promised, thank you Nice and easy cashback, just £5 but still welcome, thank you AMEX. They just need to get their customer service sorted out now. Setting up a DD shouldn't be this difficult!

	Unrightfully declined Claimed the last click did not come from TopCashback despite it definitely coming from here. Avoid going through TopCashback.

	Refused after 6 months Process was followed, clicked through and applied, accepted, received card. Cashback did not track, claim raised, eventually refused. 2 stars as I have amassed about £400 cashback from using the actual card applied for at least. Don't count on getting your cashback via TCB.

	Tracked in 6 days and paid out within 3 weeks! Really great, was initially worried when it didnt track same day but within a few days it was there and it was available to pay out within 3 weeks (midway through the following month of the month I used the TCB link to apply).

	DID NOT HONOUR CASHBACK EVEN THOUGH I DOCUMENTED AND MADE SURE OF TRACKING As the title states, I signed up for an Amex credit card via Topcashback and apparently this was not tracked even though I made sure and documented my tracking journey. I lodged the complaint with Topcashback Customer services, and they said that they had contacted Amex and they said it was not tracked.....I don't know who to believe.....either Topcashback or AMEX are lying and are not honoring the cashback of £45 that I am due!
