Very poor service
My experience with American Express and TopCashback in this instance was very poor. After several months of waiting for the cashback to be paid I had to submit a ticket. After weeks of waiting I received a message to say that "due to the robust systems that the network have in place to track the last referral", my cashback was declined, even though I took every step to ensure that TopCashback was the last click before the American Express application was taken.
I would not recommend using TopCashback for this merchant.

Missing claim took 7 months to settle and then came back as 'non commisionable' took out a platinum cashback card

Followed all required steps, cashback declined. Explored all available avenues with TopCashback, who could not resolve the issue and inexplicably concluded that they were "confident in this declined decision". Really disappointing.

Cashback declined for spurious reason that the network was "unable to identify that we were the last referral to this sale". Complete nonsense as I clicked straight from from Topchasback to Amex - no possibility that anyone else could have been identified as the referrer.
