simo31b, I found exactly the same when I logged on yesterday. I applied for the Nectar Amex card offering £40 cashback. Amex are no longer listing that card with TCB but even though it had initially tracked as £40 it has now changed to payable at £0. I have also passed this back to TCB to chase Amex on.

I applied for a credit card and the transaction tracked to my account. All of a sudden one day it became payable but showed as £0!!! I have no idea what has happened waiting for Topcash to sort it so please beaware even tracked cashback may not be all it seems!!

This is my second transaction through TCB and it restored some confidence for me, the cash back entry appeared just after 1 week. The first retailer I bought from still hasn't even acknowledged my purchase after over 4 wks.
