So far so good I have just received my American Express Preferred Rewards Gold Card 3 days after applying for it. Quick question to customer service on the telephone and the agent was very polite and service was good. cashback tracked and became payeble. But my high rating refers to the overall experience with Amex. Althaugh in one instance they did not help me with one wrong charge from a merchant (as I didn't have the receipt) they do a huge amount of deals and savings. So highly recommended
