Have had 2 transactions now that have refused cashback because apparently they cant track my transaction. I ALWAYS make big purchases like this via Top Cashback and most of the time my decision is based on cashback amount. Its very disappointing when you're told that they are unable to track the transaction! Top Cashback were not helpful either :(
