Very disappointed I specifically went through Topcashback to make a large purchase at ao.com, but the retailer is now telling me and topcashback that it is not the case.... I have no way to prove otherwise, so I have had my cashback claim denied. I will definitely will avoid AO.com in future also might consider other intermediaries.

Claims that initially will track at lower amount and increase later, but then it never increases and makes excuses why. If you purchase from them, don't base it on the amount you think you will pay after cashback or voucher codes as you'll end up paying more even after reading rules carefully.

Cashback was fantastic, the first delivery man less so. Useless and lazy. Customer Service sorted it and sent another team out who had no issues getting it in the kitchen! But the cashback side was easy and fast.
