Ordered a fridge freezer at a specially reduced price (for 24hrs only) much cheaper than anywhere else and also got the cashback which tracked within 12 hrs. They then phoned and texted the night prior to my chosen delivery date to confirm what 4 hr delivery slot I had been allocated, and the delivery driver phoned the next morning to confirm my address and then again about 20 mins before his arrival. My old fridge freezer was removed (for £10) and the new one put into place and all packaging removed. Excellent service. My only worry was when I got the same phone call and text message that evening saying my appliance was going to be delivered the next day (it wasn't fortunately!!)

Used this company to buy a Beko condenser tumble dryer. The delivery was free and on a Saturday. Superb customer service the time of delivery was confirmed the evening prior via phone and item arrived at scheduled time. Very efficient and good comms, will certainly make this site one that I check first! Btw best price found on the net

Found the fridge freezer I wanted cheaper with this company than Comet etc, plus they were able to deliver it on a Sunday (extra charge but still reasonable). Delivery was good, general service good. Slight annoyance with being pestered on the phone after the sale to encourage me to buy warranty. Would use again though, for sure.

Appliances online had the best price for the product I needed to buy, then added benefit of buying through TCB for extra money in my pocket. A great website, very easy to navigate, little product videos of item I wanted to purchase just made it so much easier to make the purchase. At the time had free delivery and was just an extra £15 for Sunday delivery. Ordered at 11am on Saturday and delivered by around 11.30 on the Sunday, fab - especially as the items was a washing machine to replace the one that just went bang with the first 'just back from holiday wash!' Excellent

Appliances ONline did try and con my mum into buying an insurance even though the machine came with a warranty for the first 12 months - they did not tell her that everything covered under the insurance (which would have been £60) was already covered on her warranty !! BEWARE !
I am disapppointed in the amount of time you have to wait for cashback to be payable !

Cashback has been confirmed, just waiting for payments.
Website is easy to use and you have a range of options over delivery dates.
Items delivered when they were stated, delivery men were helpful and took away all packaging.
Would not hesitate to recomend Appliances Online.

The original product i ordered became unavailable. Changed it. The delivered the wrong one. Eventually got the right washing machine. All things considered though, very good cash back, tracked and confirmed quickly.

Tracked very quickly. Found Appliances Online to be very helpful and they rung me the night before to give me a 4 hour del window and even del driver rang to give me an hour window. Have now also ordered a second item from them to come tmorrow lets hope I have the same service. would defo recomend them.
