Superb website to use to find and buy the products.Puts the other major online electrical shops to shame with their slow,cranky old fashioned websites.They need to watch out because these guys know how to do it right!
Tracking and delivery arrangements faultless.Delivered bang on time and we were kept informed at all times of what was happened.
I would recommend to others to try them out.
Definitely use them again.

Was recomended this site by a work collegue. Cannot fault the company. The product availaility for FREE next day delivery was very impressive. Did price comparisson on washing machine I wanted to buy and they were the cheapest by far. Ordered machine at 8a.m one day was delivered before 9.30a.m the following day - over £4 cashback received as well - result!

A nice young personable British lady phoned me at home. I would also describe her as a really nice young girl - but that is going too far....
I understood at the end of the phone call that there was real potential to this being a sales call for additional product warranty - but this phone call from Appliances Online was very much confirming my order and confirming total delivery details. This is above the emails I received confirming the order....
It is so nice to get a truly personable call - the most of which was concerned with confirming my data, order detail and delivery detail....
Why can't they all do this?....
So - wait to see if it happens!....

£227 purchase - £3.81 Cashback! Exact as detailed.
As always - you buy the BIG appliance when the previous one decides to die! In that process you usually have little time to do massive price or product checking. You end up buying out of necessity rather than function or cost.
So, story is, dishwasher died. Agreed with family we could live a week without one. It has been fun! Gave us the chance to really dig into price; product experience reviews; quality... etc.
Chose a BEKO DW600 - £227 from this retailer, APPLIANCES ONLINE, delivered! Chose this mostly because of the previous customer reviews for the actual dishwasher - which is more important than anything else. Price is down the list - but this one is vastly cheap. Two year warranty included - so plenty cover for the price paid - work it out yourself! A big kitchen machine either breaks down in 2 months or 4 years. All review facts show this. So if this DW lasts 4 years, I will have made money! 50p per week!
Again, had the opportunity to check and use price checker sites. A number at this lower end of the price tree including APPLIANCES ONLINE. I have never bought from this crowd - but was massively attracted at the option of FREE NEXT DAY OR ANY DAY DELIVERY. Even DIXONS charged extra for trying specific days.
So this appliance was bought from APPLIANCES ONLINE. I could have asked for next day delivery, Friday. It didn’t suit for me. Saturday also didn’t suit. Chose Sunday – and not paid a penny for it to be delivered then. WOW – why can’t they all be like that? In the end, why can’t they all be like that. That in itself is wo

I have received notification very quickly but have found that they give cashback on purchase minus VAT. So dont be surprised if it shows up at buying for a cheaper amount !
Apart from this I have always had a very good experiance with this company on their delivery, customer service , products and cost!
Highly recomended !
