Overall great offer, as stated tracked at £0 but was lifted to the correct amount. As for asda they meessed up one item in my order but were quick to correct it and also offer free delivery on my next order as an apology.

Asda always mess up their home delivery orders and didnt pay the cashback promised only shopped with them for the cashback couldnt pay me enough to go back to them lesson learned!

Cashback tracked initially, then dropped to zero. Months later now says that zero is due to be paid. I'm not impressed. Check other reviews, many, many people have had the same problem.

Tracked at £0 paid at £0 after submitted missing cashback claim in november still waiting end of january. Complete Joke for cashback. Asda is great but dont expect any cashback from them!!! should be taken off this site

My cash back is still tracking at zero even though marked as payable ordered 25/9/11. would not use again as they didn't turn up with my order rescheduled delivery for next day then they rang up & said could not deliver in my time slot am now back with Tesco at least they are reliable.

First time I've shopped online with Asda. Attracted by £12 cashback however it seems to be tracking at £10 instead. Asda online groceries were disappointing. Over 12 items substituted including white sliced bread and milk which they said was out of stock!! Some of the substituted items didn't have a full description on the advice note. I therefore accepted them and found out when shopping was unpacked that they were flavours my family would not eat. I'm sure I probably had a bad first experience of Asda but having shopped with other supermarkets online for many years, Asda was a let down. Would not shop for groceries online with them again unless there was a cracking amount of cashback to be earned.

I always have some problem with my deliveries from Asda whether it be something missing from the order, an overpriced item, a special offer not come off, a wrong item put in, or something out of date etc. And for me they seem to have gone down hill recently, in both getting the right item and the goods being delivered within their slot. OK for a change in my opinion
