Purchase tracked (April 2009) but payment not received and finally closed claim in Oct 2012.
I have been using other home delivery services in the meantime and with continue to do so.

Asda declined cashback despite the fact I was a first-time customer and most certainly did not cancel the order. Been almost a year and the claim still hasn't been resolved. Things like this tend to sour the customer's experience with a particular company, and I haven't shopped at Asda since. I feel it's the principle of the matter. If you offer cashback and all the terms and conditions are met on my end, you should honour your end of the deal. Since I can't be sure that Asda won't cheat the customer again, I'll stick with Tesco for the time being.

Ordered 6th September as a new customer. Tracked at zero, waited for it to confirm or become payable. Today 24th September it has jumped to payable and still showing zero.
I have lodged a ticket regarding this, to chase the merchant, however from reading the other comments, I dont think I will ever see this cashback.
Disappointed.

Asda will not be getting anymore business from me until they pay up. It is a matter of principle. So what if we've ammended the order - are we not allowed to chop & change?

Went through Top Cash Back before placing order. Twice I updated order and each time I went through TCB to do so.
Result NIL cashback. Think I will go back to Tesco.

Have been told I won't be qualifying for cashback even though my purchase was tracked and it was my first from Asda. Not impressed especially since they overcharged for the grocery order too! Will never use again.

Expecting £5.50 from purchase at beg of May, just been informed payable at zero!Like other comments customer service in stores is good, but a BIG let down when using TCB. One of reasons listed for the non payment could be because I went back in and amended my order, what's the problem with that!!? Isn't that a normal thing to do!! TCB needs to reconsider Asda as too many comments regarding non payment. Feel conned! Have submitted a manual claim so will wait and see, but wont hold my breath.ASDA YOU ARE CON MERCHANTS!

0 cashback. Placed orders with Boots & Tesco on the same day, Boots cashback showed up within minutes of placing the order, Tesco on the day of delivery, Asda tracked as 0 and has remained at 0.
Wish I'd read the comments here first, I wouldn't have bothered as the delivery service compared to Tesco & Sainsbury is abysmal.

After months of waiting cashback changed from £12.12 to 0. ASDA had no intention of paying the £12.12, just used it to attract customers. Will never use ASDA again. Can't believe such a big company can create such false reputation for itself. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

WHY ARE ASDA GETTING AWAY WITH NOT PAYING OUT THE CASHBACK THEY ARE "OFFERING"? THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THEY HAVE "CONFIRMED" MY CASHBACK AT £5, THEN CHANGED IT TO ZERO WHEN IT BECOMES PAYABLE! No stars for asda: order placed on 6th december (delivered on 11th december 2011) for over £100 - all tracked correctly, then Asda changes to "zero" when the cashback became payable! 3 TIMES!! Have chased this up with topcashback for months, and will continue to do so. Pay up asda ... Read the reviews - they are constantly not paying the cashback they "say" is payable.

Ordered with ASDA back in November 2011 when TCB was advertsing £12.12 for new customers - STILL waiting for merchant to respond 5 months later as did not track..... ASDA appalling and TCB not much better for allowing them to pick and choose which CB to honour! Will be sticking with Tesco.....

No cashback after more than 4 months, still tracking at zero. I doubt if the £12.12 will ever be paid. All of the other suppliers that I have used via TCB have paid their cashback without any problems. Groceries/other and cashback from Sainsbury's 10/10, Tesco 10/10, ASDA - nil points!

BEWARE ! I would never expect such a big retailer to behave in that way. DIDN'T GET CASHBACK even though I made big purchase first time and few more afterwards. It simply shows big supermarket attitude - they are so big and make so much money that they can cheat unpunished. AVOID !
