	Awful Awful! I have to claim cashback every time that I use it. Now I can't get to customer services because I've been told that I have redirected too many times! Not happy!

	Declined cashback Cashback declined for 03/03/2023, 29/03/2023 and 29/04/2023. Please advise the reasons for this, or grant cashback.

	Very POOR 9 times out of 10 cash back declined, mostly due to order being changed (by ASDA) as they dont have stock at time of delivery or unsuitable substitutes. Why should the customer be blamed when the order value falls below the minimum value at time of delivery due to ASDA not being able to supply. Cant use Rewards vouchers or Gift Cards to pay as that gets cashback declined. Used to be very good but this last 6 months dont expect cashback most times

	Rubbish, the cash back never tracks and I have to make a claim every time Cash back was earned from making an online purchase but every time I do it it doesn’t track so I have to make a claim to get the cash back, which does eventually come through but it’s a pain having to keep doing this.

	Going downhill fast Asda used to be really good at paying out and fast too! They have upped their prices with inflation and making bigger profits and now started declining my cashbacks! The greed is taking over for them! I still have the tickets open to try successfully retrieve my cashback which I'm losing hope on. Will update once resolved. Tesco might just be gaining my business.

	Hit and miss Used Topcashback 3 times so far for Asda, but 2 of the 3 have been declined even though I only ever make my purchase by going through this site. I know times are hard but if Asda don't want to honour their obligation to pay cashback then why bother having them on here.

	Rubbish Items are never in stock, even when they claim they are upon ordering, so substitutions or refunds happen with every order. The problem there is that any change to the total value of the order, even when it's Asda's fault, results in declined cashback, so you basically never get cashback.

	Excellent! My cashback has become payable in no time at all which I'm very pleased about. And the service I received from Asda when I shopped there went great too. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

	Asda groceries cashback I use Asda weekly online for shopping and do my shop immediately and pay , I used to receive my top cashback but for months now its not showing . I havent changed anything as to how I order my shop so puzzled as to why its stopped registering. I know if you alter order or give anything back cashback is not given, but I haven't done either of these things . Puzzled

	New Customer Cashback I purchased an online home delivery from Asda through TopCashback. This was my first online delivery from Asda so received £8.50 cashback. I did need to make a missing cashback claim and it was paid into my account soon afterwards.

	Cashback never comes through Cashback never comes through, got 3 claims made 2 months ago but it takes up to 90 days to hear back so no update. In the meantime I’ve made a further 3 purchases, and no Cashback, can’t even be bothered to make claims for these. Pathetic service.

	Never Tracks. Always have to put a claim in. Out of date stuff, damaged items, or useba valid Asda E voucher and lose top cashback claim!
