	Cashback failing to track Never used to have a problem with Asda groceries and cashback.Always received cashback quickly and reliably. Over the last 2 months though, despite clearing cache and cookies cashback frequently doesn't track and I need to lodge a claim.

	Too many hoops Tracks quickly, but takes months to become payable. Of the latest that should be payable, three have been declined. I avoided this in the past by disallowing substitutions (if you didn't accept the substitutions, cashback was declined). The recent occurrences may have been due to claiming refunds for unacceptably poor quality items, but I'll have to dig and check.

	Asda cashback rarely happens automatically you have to claim it most times Asda cashback rarely happens automatically you have to claim it most times. TopCashBack are extremely good at retrieving the cashback via a claim for you but this shouldn't be necessary it should go into your account automatically from the retailer.

	Asda paid out Asda paid out once I put in a claim. Topcashback were very helpful. My purchase never tracks with ASDA.

	Never tracks cashback Need to raise a claim every time i shop with ASDA - the claim never tracks. Not very quick at resolving the claims either!

	Getting cashback from Asda is very poor. Never get cashback first time (unlike all other companies I use). Always have to complete a claim form via Customer Services. Even then no cashback, normal procedure is to then NUDGE each Asda claim at least four times. I am currently waiting for cashback from Asda dating back to October 2023. Have corresponded with TopCashback but this proves fruitless 8/10 times. Really frustrating, and when you contact Asda directly no one knows which department to send you to FRUSTRATING !!!!!

	Regular Asda Shoppers No Longer Rewarded Been using Asda Groceries through TopCashBack for a few years now without too many issues, now cashback has changed for newbies only up to the 4th transaction. Would have been nice to be informed of the change in requirement. Plus min spend is now £48...

	Good while it lasted Used to do this every week, it suddenly stopped cashing out last July. Now I see they have limited the number of shops which in itself is fair enough but they didn't bother to inform me, just stopped cashing out as I continued shopping and I got bored of chasing payouts. Bit offputting. Decent amount while it lasted.

	quick payments always used asda for weekly shop, cashback is a perfect bonus. doesnt track shop visits EVERY time but missing claims are resolved quickly. All good.

	Never Tracks. Always have to make a Claim! Send out of date stuff, substitutes and out of stock items. Then DON’T want to pay cashback when its their fault.
