I purchased two items from this retailer - one has tracked at the wrong amount and the other has tracked as £0.00. The note on Asda's cashback page is "Unfortunately we are unable to accept claims for this merchant", so you cannot make any claims.

cashback showed very quickly, i opted to have the goods delivered to a local store for me to collect but was suprised to be charged on this option, other retailers have the option and do not charge for this particular service. Items were of a good quality and matched exact the retailers discription.

RUBBISH! Do not expect cashback, do not expect to get the items you have ordered, and do not expect to receive them on time. Cashback tracked and paid at £0, manual claim and nudges sent without success. I have shopped via Topcashback for a long time and have never had to give a negative review until now. This merchant needs to be removed.

Very Happy with the clothes I got from George. I was just about to raise a query with Topcash regards tracking of my payment and read, something I'd not seen before, at the bottom of the George link page:
"Please Note
Unfortunately we are unable to accept claims for this merchant.
It is essential to test your tracking and ensure that you clear your cookies before purchasing as this could affect tracking. Always click directly from Top CashBack"
This tip should maybe have been a little more prominent at the top of the page!
Would use again but would do as above before ordering! We live & learn!!
