ITEM REMAINS UNTRACKED AND TCB HAVE INFORMED ME THAT ASDA DO NOT FACILITATE MISSING CASHBACK ENQUIRIES.
I have ATTEMPTED to buy through this retailer several times during OCTOBER 2010. Nothing has been delivered. ........................CUSTOMER SERVICE standards, in my experiance, to date are ..........................EXTREMELY POOR.
My experiences indicate that despite the "In Stock" detail being displayed at the point of sale / purchase is ASDA ARE SELLING WITHOUT THE MEANS TO SUPPLY. E-MAIL ENQS as to when item will be available REMAIN UNANSWERED. ...... unless you can wait and wait in the hope of a delivery I rate this site a total waste of time money and effort.

Delivered and ready to collect from store right on time. However, I have now had a picking error twice, and was originally overcharged. Customer services very helpful but sadly can't sort out their warehouse. Next challenge to try and get money refunded for incorrectly sent (but correctly invoiced) item.

Unable to comment on Asda's service yet as this was a pre-order of an,as yet,unreleased CD, but the cashback tracked within hours of my placing the order.

didnt pay cashback on full amount i spent , spent £47 but they only registered £40 so lost out on bit of cashback!all the little bits add up !

Bought a gift for a wedding from this site, it arrived within 3 days, their customer service was very good-they rang when item was dispatched to say it was on its way. Item very well packaged . Cashback tracked quickly and to the amount stated. Very happy

If your local Asda does not have what you want in store, order online, spend £25 and have it sent to your store for free. They emailed me when my order had arrived which was the day they stated too. Great

Unhappy. I ordered a DVD for my daughter's birthday. Apparently in stock and would be despatched within 3 days. One week later and the online advice registered out of stock (delivery unknown apparently). One phone call later delivery still unknown apparently. Do yourself a favour and buy from Amazon or somewhere else.

My 90p survey does not appear to have tracked and apparently a claim cannot be made with this merchant ASDA????? Why not?
Further, AVOID THE SURVEY - takes some time and it's all about your contact details being passed onto 3rd parties - but you can't make a claim - so they get paid and they do not pay out. Even it they did pay 90p out, they are making an awful lot more than that. Like Asda - don't like Adsa online!!

Absolute shower. Pre-ordered a game, received it a week after release. I called them to complain,they grudgingly gave me a voucher for my next purchase.
This would be my last from them as they use DPD, the only courier to make City Link seem competent and efficient. Terrible service.
