Tracked within minutes. But this is the second time I have used them and the percentage cashback is way out. Spend of £28 on DVDs should return £2.30 at 8%. But they are only offering me 70p. Swindle.

Asda are the only retailer I know that take your payment card details BEFORE adding the delivery cost. So on the shopbots I found Asda to be competitive for a book and, with the cashback, cheapest. But then they added £1.99 for delivery. I closed the browser before completing the sale, as there is no option to cancel, but I had to set up an account and they now have my credit card details on file. AVOID.

Have used Asda several times for ordering DVDs and CDs as their prices are very competitive compared to some of the other specialist online stores. Cashback starts to track within hours of the order being placed and is generally quite quick to clear. Orders are normally received within a few days as well, so I can highly recommend this retailer

Will not be buying from Asda again. They did not track my £45 purchase and do not accept cashback claims!! In future I will buy from Play.com who are excellent, they track and pay VERY quickly.

Whilst Asda were very quick delivering and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, I cannot comment on Top Cashback as I have yet to have any cash back confirmed
