The first product i oredered was no problem, hoever the second one took about 2 weeks getting delivered to me. I had ordered the product but then it was automatically cancelled after 4 days which was a little upsetting because i really needed the product. Then i reordered the same product the next day because it was back in stock and then i was able to get a voucher for £2.95 which was ok but i still have not received my refund for the 1st time order

Tracked at 0 quickly but never changed to the correct amount. Queried through Topcashback but told they could not be chased and that was that.
I wouldn't order expecting cashback, but if you get it then treat it as a bonus.
