Cannot fault online ordering. Used text messaging to advise of delivery and was exactly as advised. Would definitely use again. Quick cashback tracking too!!

The website offers free delivery for collection in store for orders over £25 but when I went to the checkout they had added more than the usual delivery charge, (4.95). I phoned them & they first said that it was because I had used the Top CasBack website when I explained that the actual order was still on their own website, not as they were telling me a third party one, they discovered that they had a fault on their system & told me to go ahead with the order & they would then refund the postage to my card immediately if I phoned them as soon as I had the order number. I did this but when my credit card statement came I found that they had not refunded it. When I phoned to tell them the man said he was sorry but the other man must have forgotten to do it!
I did not recieve the promised text to tell me that the goods were in store so 2 days after the estimated delivery date I phoned them & was told yes the goods were there but when I arrived at the store they told me that they were not. Then they found that they were waiting to be unpacked. Some of the items were missing, on their computor it said cancelled, the assistant said I must have cancelled them when I said I had not she said that my daughter must have then, she does not even live with me! the baby items I was buying were presents for her.
I love Asda & George clothing but I will stick to buying in store from now on.

Rubbish - didn't track the right amount, paid a pittance instead of what was due and because they don't accept claims Topcashback won't do anything about it.

This site is fairly easy to navigate, aqlthough if you put in a DVD title and hit 'search', you sometimes gets some very weird and unrelated results. Once I'd found what I wanted, at a cheaper price than I had expected, making the purchase was simplicity itself. The goods arrived in perfect condition and well packed, although they took longer than expected. A site I will probably use again.

Tracked but cashback went down to 32p for some reason on over £90 worth of goods. Asda also made a mistake with my order which was sorted out but took a few phone calls and a few days. Not too impressed. I used to buy a lot from Asda but won't be bothering with cashback anymore, doesn't seem to track.

I ordered two Wii games both where "in stock" one came within a few days but two weeks later I am still waiting for the other one. I have recieved two emails saying that they are waiting for stock from their supplier but it is not known when that will be.
