Used Asda two years ago and despite submitting my cashback claim and lots of nudges it is still at the status of 'Awaiting merchant'. Have never heard anything from Topcashback since.
Recently used Asda again through Topcashback and this time it has tracked at zero again. Guess I will never see this money either :-(

Used Asda travel to book hotel accomodation was supposed to get over £125 cashback but tracked at £10 and it says you can not make a claim with Asda but I did!!!!
In the end TCB offered me 50% cashback
So well done to TCB and sorry Asda you will not be getting my business again....

Asda website = Poor.
I tried to place an order for collection on Asda's website and found it to be a hopeless exercise, tried twice and got to the end only for the website to tell me my order cannot be processed and for me to check my card details, which were correct.
Looks like Asda have yet to grasp the basics of e-commerce. I certainly won't be bothering again.

Disgraceful behaviour by ASDA. Bought over £400 of goods expecting 4% Cashback but it tracked as zero right up to and including Payable! No claims accepted by Topcashback so why do they include ASDA as a partner? Many other members have had the same experience with ASDA - will never buy from them again or go into their cheap and nasty stores.

Tracks well but takes ages to pay and you also only get cashback on the pre VAT amount :(; but of course cashback on something you bought is always great :)

Item purchased was perfect - no problems. HOWEVER, I purchased through TOPCASHBACK website as Asda advertise a Cashback of 5% on "Sports and Fitness purchases" or 4% on "Electrical and Entertainment purchases": Asda tracked my purchase, then confirmed amount of Cashback as ZERO. Reading through the Cashback reviews, they keep doing this to their customers - not honouring the Cashback that they openly advertise. Then they refuse to allow claims by Topcashback. ASDA ARE NOT PLAYING FAIRLY, AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. UNTIL I RECEIVE MY DUE CASHBACK, I WILL PLACE NO FURTHER ORDERS WITH ASDA. Why do Topcashback deal with companies who will not accept Topcashback claims when there is a problem? Makes no sense to let Argos falsely advertise a cashback offering.
