Have had to do two manual cashback claims with only one successfully tracking after intervention.
Based on recent experiences I would not consider Asda in the future, they do not care about their customers.

Didn't track and refused to pay through manual claim. Purchase went through fine though so ok to buy from, just don't rely on the cashback.

I didn't realise Asda did a direct purchase online that you could then go into your local store and collect for free. Excellent service when I got to the store and really quick delivery

be careful. the 5% cashback is only applied to the price excluding vat and delivery charges, on a large purchase like mine this can make a big difference in the cash back which is reported by the retailer!

Delivery was great - only ordered a dvd and it arrived within 3 days. Cashback never tracked and didnt bother pursuing a claim as it would probably have been under £1.

Fast tracking and somewhat timely confirmation. Awaiting payable status before NY. :-)
As to my order - had to call them to enquire about it, as they never confirmed the product was in store. Got assisted by ASDA Direct and everything was dealt with pretty quickly afterwards.

When I went to collect my product at my local store nobody on customer services knew how to do the paperwork to allow me to take the product home. I ended up making a special journey the next day to pick up the product when someone who knew what to do was in.
