at first I received all cashbacks from asda but Ive been waiting since June for various cashbacks and some more since but no payments have been made. How do I get my cashback? Ive not claims but Asda have yet to resolve the matter :-s

Item tracked fine, but it should have been payable 4 months ago. It seems that ASDA DO NOT PAY CASHBACK - Read the most recent reviews, NO-ONE is receiving their money.
AVOID ASDA.

After waiting 7 months my cashback has been declined Asda (or their agents) saying 'Order ref format not recognised' the order ref number was the one in the e-mail sent to me by Asda, now Topcashback are saying 'Unfortunately, following a resolution such as that provided we are unable to look into your claim further with the merchants network.'
Topcashback you are as bad as Asda!

Made purchase on line.
Paid immediately.
Received e.mail 1 day later informing me items not in stock and that "It may take up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account."
I asked for money in my account same day OR money in my account in 10 days with interest. Agent was unwilling to be of any help other than offering me an address to write a letter. I'll stick to Tesco in the future!

DREADFUL! AVOID! Ordered Hardback Book which they shipped WITHOUT ANY padding at all, they just put it in a thin plastic bag! The cheap local courier rang the doorbell but did not even wait 3 seconds before throwing the book through the letterbox to fall a metre to a hard floor! As a result of the cheap, inadequate packaging and careless, clumsy handling by the unprofessional courier the book was badly damaged!
When I phoned up to complain they were obstructive, uncaring and unhelpful! They would not accept a complaint over the phone and have NO FACILITY for registering complaints online or by email! The ONLY way you can complain to this ONLINE ONLY business is by old fashioned Letter sent by snail mail! STRANGE that an ONLINE ONLY company cannot be contacted online, (whether with quires or regarding poor service or damaged, defective goods)! You have to draw the conclusion that they are ACTIVELY trying to AVOID complaints by making it slow and difficult to actually register one in the first place!
As for the cash back; it is now 2 Months PAST the payable date and it has not even moved from pending to confirmed let alone become payable! looking at the Merchant Statistics on TopCashBack shows that this merchant has NEVER MADE A SINGLE PAYMENT!!! This is very suspicious and you'd have to think that it's now likely they will NEVER pay up!
CONCLUSION: Inferior, inadequate packaging, unfit for purpose to protect the goods! Cheap, uncaring, unprofessional courier service that carelessly mishandles, abuses and damages your parcel! Extremely POOR communications with NO WAY of making a complaint easily, as they have NO FACILITY for being contacted online, refuse to accept or action complaints made by phone to their so-called helpline, and force you to write an old fashioned letter and send at your expense by SNAIL MAIL! a COMPLETE DISGRACE to Cusotmer Service and Online Retailing! They should be ashamed of themselves!
AVOID at all costs and use one of the more establish

George website is either not updated sufficiently or there is inaccurate counting being done in the warehouse. item required was shown as in stock, payment was made, email confirmation of order received was sent by ASDA but no notification that stock was off sale until after their estimated delivery days had expired. garment ordered was required for a funeral! the only saving grace was that the refund hit my account quickly.

I have a very large (>£100!) claim outstanding. Is confirmed, payable date 30th April!

Asda cashback tracked for a purchase in May. A few days ago the amount changes to zero. But I can't submit a missing cashback claim because the purchase was over 100 days ago. Be aware that this can happend when using Asda Direct - no cashback and no way of making a claim means a poor user experience all round. Top Cashback, please review your policy for when the merchant changes the amount to zero after 100 days have passed!
