	Bought a wardrobe from ASDA Direct in June 2012. Tracked quickly BUT don't be deceived by its quick tracking! The amount has remained tracked at £0.00 and was even confirmed until July 2013. For some reason, the whole transaction DISAPPEARED all together. I filed a complain with Topcashback and was told that there wasn't such item tracked in the first place! I supposed I was in some kind of illusion for more than a year to see the tracked item every time I access my account. Don't waste your time with this merchant!

	I've placed a few orders with Asda expectng to get cashback. I did on a couple of occasions, after chasing. Another tracked but showed as 0 pence, and a couple were, after several months and a claim, rejected due to being 'tracked by another agent'...what proportion of their claims do they actually pay out?

	Ordered Samsung galaxy tab 3 online which offered free memory card and 2 yr warranty. Tab came but not free items. Called asda direct. Call centre staff based in South Africa who couldn't speak proper English, were unable to deal with my issue of free missing items. I made 5 calls at different times about same problem as never got call back from the manager, calls were over 20 mins at a time. One adviser said I had to pay for warranty even though it said it was free, another adviser said I wouldn't get memory card as it was out of stock. Am taking tab bqck to storefor full rrefund as asda are a waste of time.

	Have placed 4 orders in the past month and only one has tracked. Have had to lodge claims for the other 3 purchases. Not impressed that tracking isn't automatically.

	Placed my first order with Asda Direct. No cashback tracked. After reading other reviews I don't hold out much hope of my claim being successful.

	purchases again not tracked.... ASDA don't seem to be paying any cashback. Just as well the purchase price was reasonable. Click and Collect didn't work on this purchase either. When I went to collect a week later, told it hadn't arrived but when they check it had arrived but not booked in so showing as still in transit.

	Received this generic and unsatisfying message despite navigating direct to the site using a cookie cleared PC: "Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'." No way to fight it or question it - seems top cash back are literally powerless to argue issues like this so retailers can simply avoid cashback by stating you'd used another marketing channel without providing any evidence!!! Seems more like them wriggling out of paying any cashback. Very dodgy!!!

	After my purchase did not track, I submitted a missing cashback claim which, almost three months later, Asda Direct have declined. According to them the item was "unshipped" - what utter rubbish! Will seriously consider whether I wish to purchase from Asda again. Poor show by them.

	They hadn't booked the package at the store. I had to wait while they searched and eventually found it. No apology for not contacting me to say the memory card had arrived or for keeping me waiting while they looked for it. To top it off they refused the Cashback claim and refused the appeal. I will use more reliable retailers in future.

	Refused cashback even though I order 'baby products'. Even after an appeal they still refused. RUBBISH. Don't bother,they just refuse to honour any cashback. Don't expect anything.

	As others have said don't bother, not sure why TCB still continue to list them. Still waiting despite having lodged a claim, it wasn't big money but it's the principle that counts here, other sellers have paid up promptly for less cash back so why don't Asda??. Left a review with Asda commenting on poor TCB experience and surprise surprise they declined to publish it.

	Like a lot of others, this was tracking perfectly then suddenly declined! Two sets of claims put in and still declined... not impressed with this merchant and not surprised TCB have removed the stats for Asda; don't bother wasting your time going through with a purchase!

	Bought a laptop, delivered on time. Like most ppl, cashback is not tracking and its been 4 months and no news from topcashback about manuel claim.

	Been waiting since January 2013 for the cashback and it's still "Pending". It's only £0.20 so I'm not bothered but if it was a larger amount, like I'm sure it is for some people, I would be rather annoyed!

	Don't expect your cashback quickly, or at all. Waiting three months now and still not confirmed. Seems to be a common problem from reading the other comments.

	Amazing!! Purchased item in November 2011. Didn't track so had to get TCB to help. Sent nudges occasionally and was just about to give up on my £2.88 cashback. Then, in April 2013, almost a year and a half after the transaction, they paid up. Thank you TCB for your help. Not the best merchant in the world, but got there in the end.

	I was only due 50p which was okay but after it was confirmed for ages when it was payable it suddenly disappeared, and I couldn't appeal as it was over 100 days ago. Come on Asda, it was only 50p, I'm sure you can afford to honour that!!!

	First TCB purchse through Asda Direct on 01 November 2012- is now 19 March 2013 with no tracked payments confirmed. Cashback from this retailer seems pretty pointless and just a gimmick. I will continue to use Click & Collect though as the packaging the goods come in is very useful for recycling for my ebay selling.

	Be warned: Although cashback tracks quickly, it's never at the correct amount so you have to submit a claim manually to TCB for every order TopCashback
	Cashback originally about half advertised amount. TCB got this corrected for me but Asda never paid. After about a year of showing as 'pending' they have now declined to pay. Very disappointing & definitely puts me off using them again.

	I have made 3 big purchases and not recieved cashback for any waste of time each for £100's 1st experience didnt track at all so put in a cashback claim asda verified it accepted my claim it went into pending for 10 months then went to payable as 0.00. The second and third tracked but I am still awaiting payment it states approx 8wks payable it has been 6 and 8 months and im still waiting. * DO NOT EXPECT A PAYOUT OFF THIS MERCHANT VERY FEW CLAIMS MAKE IT ALL THE WAY TO PAYABLE *

	Cashback tracked very quickly but this was back in March 2012 and although cashback has been sitting in Confirmed for ages, it has never gone to payable and it's now 10 months....
