	Excellent online retailer for merchandise and service - products delivered promptly to local store, thus avoiding delivery charges and cashback followed shortly after. Rated five stars for every aspect except customer service because I didn't need to have any dealings with them!

	Do not expect to get your cashback. I rung and asked them why it has not been paid and was by told by Asda head office and Asda direct that they had no idea that they advertise on Topcashback and that they do not offer cashback. Buy elsewhere to get to get the best deal for your wallet as cashback will not be paid.

	Cashback tracked within minutes, brill service, goods delivered the following day and picked up with no problems, will def' deal with again.

	Yet another retailer that wipes out all cashback for a PARTIAL refund on an order. I ordered over £100 of George clothing and returned ONE £7 item (that THEY had sent in the wrong size and didn't have the stock to replace). Lo and behold my cashback has now dropped out to zero. Sick of big retailers doing this... why join the cashback scheme if you're not going to administer it fairly? Reduce the cashback by the proportionate percentage, not the whole lot. Not impressed at all.

	One of the few retailers than take payment at the time of placing a preorder for dvds, blurays, cds. I don't have a problem with this if they then deliver the goods on release date but if they don't - and put the bluray on backorder with NO communication whatsoever - I do. Cancelled order and told it could take up to 10 days to get a refund! Customer service gets one star because its not possible to give none

	Twice I've attempted to get cash back from Asda. Both times tracked correctly, then showed £0 payable. They are rubbish, just hope you won't chase it I'm sure!

	Cash back did not track even though I did qualify. Raised a missing claim form and Asda still did not agree to give me any cash back. Bit disappointing

	Very bad company on Topcashback. They do not like to give cashback. I have been denied a genuine cashback amount worth over £6.00 from February this year. I am also waiting for other cashback claims to be fulfilled which are 6 months overdue. Have now come to the conclusion that it is very unlikely to receive cashback from Asda direct.

	Tracked my purchase but still hasnt paid out (purchased beginning of the year!)......very slow and not getting my hopes up....will never use them again.

	ASDA DIRECT experience is BS. Items were still not delivered even after 3 weeks!!! Customer Service in India is dire!!!!

	Superfast delivery of product. However cashback has been elusive... Asda have the record via TopCashBack, but it has tracked at £0. Ticket submitted and 'waiting to hear from merchant'. Looking at other comments, I think the chances of the cashback being paid are minimal

	Track quickly but at £0.00, but the cashback seem to take forever to became payable. (8 weeks now since I got the item still 0). Product is ok for the price, but payback is taking too long unlike other shop.

	Tracked very quick. but never confirmed by Asda direct so now cant claim as over 100 days old. wardrobes not very good quality either. don`t leave to long before you make a claim. gutted £20

	Purchased £60 worth of goods in August & pended next day for only £50, should have been paid out 30th September but still pending. Just lodge a claim & been told it could be months yet. Waste of time.

	Asda Direct don't pay cashback, fact! Unless you're getting a good deal directly with Asda then don't bother. Their customer service department is overseas and they also use Yodel for their deliveries/installation of appliances, and Yodel are completely useless for both services.

	Hilariously bad service that you would expect from a low end supermarket. Tracks quickly but dont expect it to ever be payable, been waiting nearly a year now! Avoid unless you want alot of trouble

	Did 3 separate transactions 4 - 5 months ago - all tracked immediately and say will be payable in August but not even gone to confirmed yet ( October ) - shabby

	Did not track so put in a claim then after 6 months was showing on my account as confirmed Payment was due end of May still waiting. Although looking at other reviews this is not a one off
