One of the books I ordered was ripped and seems a lot of hassle to exchange it. Overall very disapointing.

Tracked at 1p for 2 months before moving to the correct amount. Ordered 22 May and as of today still waiting for it to become payable- estimated payable date is 30 Jun!

After 4 months went to zero so had to dispute and as it was over 100 days had to find out how to complain. Not happy other items I have purchased seem to be ok but very disappointed.

I was very pleased with the sheets I bought in March 2012, they were top quality. But not so pleased with the cashback - there hasn't been any cashback. I had to put in a manual claim and 4 months later, I'm still waiting. Not feeling very hopeful.

Last year 2011 I signed up to get `my initial `1st shop with the offer of £12 cashback for my initial shop of over £25. Fantastic I thought. Shopping arrived no problems, but have still to this day Never received the cashback. I have contacted Asda themselves and set up a query with Topcashback, but still to this day in June 2012, NO Cashback.
I have never shopped in Asda store either since last year!!!

Bought a mobile phone from them and never got cash-back, and I lodged a complaint as soon as I could,but never got any cash! Guess what? when they don't give you the cash-back you CANNOT lodge a complaint because it is over 100 days.

Seems to have worked okay with cashback, it's in my pending tray. Quick service, did delivery to store for pick up, arrived earlier than date given and staff were very helpful. Chairs were good quality, simple to put together once you had figured out the first one, they all swivel and there is no uneven legs..fab

The whole situation I went through into buying Modern Warfare 3 for my boyfriend was absolutlely terrible.
First off I was sent the wrong item by Asda, we then had to travel to our nearest store (about 30 minutes away) to exchange it and now I didn't receive my cashback.
I put in a missing form claim back when I bought the product in late October and STILL no cashback. It has said 'waiting for merchant'for a good few months now. No matter how many nudges I send, it still stays the same.
Rubbish.
The game is amazing though!!

Have ordered over £150 over the past few weeks in 2 orders, paid for next day delivery on both yet they haven't even left the warehouse by the time they should have arrived, so just be warned the response you get from customer services is that of "oh not again". They don't even sound surprised! One item they didn't even stock themselves and order direct from manfacuturer so there was no way it would arrive next day.
The most you get is the postage refunded, which is fine if you haven't paid for next day delivery for a reason.. and lets face it, if you pay more for next day delivery you obviously want it next day!!!
Apart from that, no other problems, cashback fine, using the website also fine....

Be careful they do not include VAT in their Cashback calculations so it reduces the ammount you get.
