shocking. cancelled order because they dropped item but said in an email they had run out of stock but when I phoned them they still had stock but admitted to dropping item & cancelling order taking 10 working days to refund me my monies! Managed to get a £20 evoucher for online use after being on phone arguing my point & then re-ordered same item again.
Not the 1st time this has happened to me through Asda direct & prob won't be last!!
Shocking company to deal with.

Don’t believe the cash back amount on offer, I only got half of the advertised amount. I find Asda so frustrating for advertising things they can’t deliver, including 3 cds for £20 that didn’t work either and customer services answer was that I should buy the cds at full price and after I've been charged ring customer services for a refund!

Bought an iPod and received an excellent percentage cash back. Delivery was brilliant too - just over 24 hours from time of order, and that was not paying anything extra for speedy delivery!
