No cashback has ever been paid for this retailer to me. Even when it tracks they promptly refuse it. Supposed free delivery but was charged 7.95 and when phoned customer services was told they would refund it, SURPRISE they never did. Their call centres appear to be staffed by people that couldn't care less and all they want is your money. Product was of reasonable quality when I recieved it 3 days late after having to pay for free delivery?? AVOID

Tracked fine, showed purchase amount correctly but cashback showed as £0.00 - which was then confirmed and paid :( And of course TCB say no enquiries allowed - bit annoying when the tracking worked fine but they simply chose not to pay out :(
