I bought my items in December and it is now the beginning of February. The transaction tracked easily within days, but the payout is still yet to be confirmed by the merchant. Frustrating, but I am still hopefull of a result.

AWFUL!!!. One transaction has not yet tracked, nearly a month on. The other tracked but the rate was 4% rather than the 8.08% advertised on TCB. TCB have a query in to them.

This item arrived quickly. It tracked within a reasonable time. Payment took much longer at just under 2 mths. Overall however very happy and would order again.

I Did not know I recieved cash back from them. I placed a internet order which they completely got it wrong. I then spent two hours instore and they couldn't offer me a replacement for the one they had lost and replaced with something completely different. I am a honest person and could have taken away a much more valuable item.

Would not recommend Asda travel was supposed to receive £180 cashback for a holiday only tracked at £10. This also happened to my sister in law. To make it worse you can not make a claim through ASDA

It was simple to order and Asda kept me informed by e-mail and text of the progress of my order. I had some difficulty when picking my items up from in-store, they would probably prefer to deliver to you and the quality of the product was satisfactory. The overall experience was enjoyable.

Problem was probably transport difficulties through the problems with snow. I got item sent to local Asda and what a carry on! After 1/2 hour eventually told item wasn't there.
So had to return.

I was misslead as I booked a Holiday for £1400 as topcash had Asda travel down as 8.08% which with cash back was beter value than other travel sites. But now I am not happy as the cash back is only going to be £9.61 not the £119.33 I would have got. I notice that topcash back is now showing the cash back for Asda Travel as 0.5%.
If I had booked with lowcost holidaye or onthebeach I would have been better off.
