I quite often find exactly what I am looking for at a fraction of the price, also the sizing is good for me, eg they do ladies socks starting from size 3, which a few other retailers don't.

Bought a wardrobe last december via TopCashback. It was damaged in transit. Had to have it replaced, which involved Asda collecting the damaged one and refunding the money and me having to then buy a second one, which was also damaged in transit. I eventually negotiated a reduction and kept the second wardrobe, but after 10 months, gave up on the cashback when ASDA said "enquiry unsuccessful - Transaction cannot be traced- order reference not found or does not exist"
A wholly unsatisfactory experience, but no blame attached to Topcashback.

Cashback tracked ok, but item listed on site as in stock and as two working days delivery seems to have gone to out of stock and on back order...not a good start.

waited 6 months to eventually be told will not pay out. no reason given.
£125 PURCHASE , all kept and nothing returned .
not had any problems with orders tracking before this or since.
wont use them for online shopping again.

I purchased £36 of contact lenses expecting 8% cashback = £2.88 ( or at least £ 2.45 if cashback is before VAT ).
It's actually tracked at just 90p or 2.5% - why?

Same here. £28 purchase tracked within 2 hours. But at 8% it should pay £2.24 and they're only paying 70p. Someone needs to check TopCashBack's 8% quote for what is, after all, a very major retailer.

Ordered £27 of contact lenses and should be tracking at 8% = £2.16. Actually tracked at £0.69.........not bothered about the money but irritated by Asda misleading. Will not accept queries either!
