	Cashback hasn't track for second time Second episode out of 2 attempts- cashback hasn't tracked. Ticket raised both times. First ticket- rejected on no grounds. Second ticket, no reply as yet. Can see by other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence. I would proceed with caution if using B+Q solely for factoring in expected cashback as you're unlikely to get it!

	TopGiftCard cannot be used online Brought a Gift card via TopGiftcard but cannot be used when purchasing online. I'm now holding the giftcard for months and need to spare some time to went in-store to try if it can be used.

	Does not seem to track if done via mobile. Every time I use B &Q from my mobile it never tracks and I have to raise a ticket. Seems OK on the desk top :-(

	states free delivery on orders over £75. LIES! I wanted to order £278 worth of goods, and it tried to charge me £12 delivery. Totally misleading and wrong! i will get from wickes!

	3 orders and no cashback 3 separate orders. 2 for a large amount around £500 each order, no cashback tracked (convenient) and submitted claim not heard anything. Judging by the reviews they don't like paying genuine cash back for larger orders so they should be removed from this site. Shame on B&Q for operating like this as i did have a discount code i could have used at the time but chose not to as i wanted the cash back. Crooks!

	Cashback issue B&Q declined my cashback for no reason, I enquired about it and received no feedback or response.

	Ridiculous long wait time to have my cash back incorrectly refused Strung me along and wasted my time only to refuse my genuine cash back. Fed me some lies about how it didn't track on the B&Q side and there is nothing they can do.

	Terrible Waiting months, followed the proper route, and didn’t get it, blamed it on the link but makes no sense as the next purchase worked no problems. What does it take to register it, should I film the buying process ?!? Ridiculous. Buy from other retailers who can update your cashback status in a day. Don’t do it with b and q. Waste of time!

	Unsure about buying through topcashback I did not get cashback last time after raising a ticket, excuse was“the terms and conditions were not met”., whatever that means?? I have tried again, no cashback yet, I will wait and see.

	B&Q don't pay, so don't bother After spending over £500 with B&Q online they declined they cashback, for no reason. Topcashback claim they have changed their systems so 'can't track it'. Poor integrity on B&Q's part - they should have paid all outstanding payments before they changed systems - nice way of getting out if it B&Q. I won't be buying from them again.

	still waiting for cashback 4 months later after completing the order the transaction showed up as pending quite quickly..... then i have been waiting 4months so far for it to show as confirmed. i used Topcashback over other cash back sites as i trusted them more, however that was clearly a mistake.

	B&Q - KETER SHEDS - Top Cash Back I purchased a Keter shed £1184.00 for which I was awarded 60.40 cashback in AUGUST. After hearing nothing chased the payment with TCB customer service. From Missing Cashback claims, and Customer Support. I was advised it has been forwarded to thr retailer and may take more than the 3 months allocated time. It's 4 months and today TCB responded stating the retailers are no longer in partnership, and offered me half the cashback as 'goodwill' which means I LOSE £30.00, and to say further that it was at no fault of my own. I can't even dismantle and return the shed now !!! I feel that the amount should be HONOURED as clearly purchases from B&Q/TCB are proving to be untrustworthy where a greater sum of money is concerned. Unhappy with the response and overall service in this instance. Please be aware dear customers....
