Had to submit a claim as it didn't track at all. Eventually resolved by TCB customer care and the money was there :)

I spent just under £1800 in two separate transactions but neither tracked. I lodged a claim, but despite me providing evidence with B&Q order numbers matching the 'Clicks to Merchants', I received the response that the cashback was "declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Very disappointed. I factored the cashback in when shopping around. I could have gone elsewhere and spent less overall.

Have placed a number of orders with B&Q through the topcashback. B&Q is fine, products arrive next day and as expected. however, the B&Q cashback never seems to track , even through I placed other orders using the same browser on the same day which track instantly. Actually claiming the cashback is also an issue and none of my claims seem to have be processed

My click & collect orders never track with this retailer (4 separate orders now and all the same). Always have to do a manual claim.

B&Q never honoured the cashback. They had to resend one of the items in the order (it was split into 2 different deliveries by two different tracked couriers, and one of them lost the parcel), and then they told TopCashBack that my order had been "returned" when it hadn't. Beware of this when placing an order.

Their "reserve & collect" service does not cashback so don't bother doing it this way. Company seems stuck in the pre-internet era

It appears over the last few months that Cashback has not been forthcoming for other users of the "Reserve & Collect" system, sadly most of these seem to be (like my own) high value purchases. What is more disconcerting, after two months now "waiting on merchant" sending a "nudge" to TCB doesn't really achieve anything (they say that themselves) so it begs the question "why bother sending nudges"? In my experience and others here over recent months....give B&Q a miss, seems they ignore you and TCB ignore you as well.

B&Q online are absolutely rubbish. Had to wait 3 weeks for doors to come back into stock - then they delivered the wrong doors! They ignore emails so had to phone and won't give a refund until THEY pick them up - 5 days later still no pick-up - and they still have my £220. Not happy and will never buy from them on-line again.

Tracked fine, however no email. Even though I have receipt and shows reservation etc no payment has been made and am almost 9 months on. Homebase tracks fine and pays with no problem!!

Good Price and goods delivered for free - next day! BUT Cashback denied. Lodge complaint, but denied on basis that was not the last system that referred to B&Q. However, no details, so not transparent. So experience undermined by another example of Cashback not not delivering.

Update: Well against all my expectations the cashback has been paid. What I don't know was whether it was my complaints directly to B&Q or my complaints to TCB that stimlated this. I had given up then suddenly a credit appeared straight in my "payable" column. So well done whoever sorted this for me - faith restored.

Lodged a missing cashback claim as my purchase on 24th January 2014 didn't show on my account. This has now been resolved and the cashback has been added to my account and gone straight to payable. So would use B&Q again as this is the first time I've had a problem with them.

made 2 purchases through TCB both tracked,but after delivery BOTH declined no reason given. Have raised 2 missing cashback claims but am not holding my breath,why appear on TCB and refuse to pay???

Did not track, got top cashback to chase up. reply from B&Q was same experiences as some other members, which was no receipt number!. All I had was the order number which should have been sufficient. Beware of B&Q they DON'T pay up on big purchases.

Used cashback to purchase 8 internal doors, cost over £300, had to lodge missing cashback claim, they have now refused my claim because "no receipt number given" RUBBISH! It was given when I supplied my missing claim, if they don't want to pay out on big purchases then they shouldn't be on Top cashback, really disappointed. Can't fault TC as they tried to get my cashback!

if going to buy expecting cash back DONT BOTHER.. big con and should not be on here..months I waited for un tracked cash back.. now refusing to pay because ive not got receipt yet I give them the the number they sent me when I paid on line.. should be struck off here. I will never shop again with them.. give it 5 stars so I get my message on here.. beware

Awful - purchase made in May 2013, had to submit 2 claims as not getting anywhere, no response just ignored! Have a receipt with reservation stated on it and proof that I paid but still not moving the claim forward - ridiculous and TCB are no better in resolving!

Should be removed from TCB. I have made around 6 purchases from B&Q in the last 2/3 months using the click and collect reservation system. This simply doesn't work. Either they don't bother getting the orders ready or they simply can't find them. But whatever happens they always decline the cash back. Total disgrace and will not use them again. They should take a look at the ScrewFix system, which works, how ironic that they're part of the same company!

Do not use! Transaction tracked immediately but cashback not forthcoming. It took 18 months (yes, 18!) and several nudges for them to ultimately say 'sorry but you must have gone through another channel'. I know this was not the case so feel totally conned. All I can suggest is look at the most recent reviews (not very endearing)and stay clear.
