Reserve and collect cashback doesn't track. Have zapped cookies etc but still does not track. I have all the paperwork AND scanned the reserve and collect barcode when picking up the orders but every time I have to put in a missing cashback request. :(

B&Q purchases never track on my account. I have placed 3 recent orders and have had to raise a support ticket for each one. One got rejected as having being claimed through another channel (not correct), one got rejected as product being returned (again not correct) and one I have just raised a ticket on. Not very happy.

Visit recorded but no cash back tracked, still waiting for merchant. Despite ordering for next day delivery, items took over a week to arrive - were showing as in stock too! B & Q are very hit and miss, more miss than hit!

Bought kitchen in Jan 2013 with visit to site logged by TCB but B&Q claim they can find no record of my purchase even when they've given order number. They've declined my £33 cb claim & i'm feeling conned.

No cashback received for B&Q, very disappointing. TopCashBack support say: I'm afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your claim. The reason that has been supplied for this in helping to clarify states that your 'Transaction cannot be traced'. This does suggest that the merchant (via the affiliate network) have been unable to locate your transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this, but more likely they have been able to locate your sale - but cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral. If you can be sure that you have provided the correct/valid information on this claim already, then we are sorry to report that the latter is more of a possibility from these two interpretations of this result. We are sorry that we have not been able to recover anything for you on this occasion. We hope that any transactions you go on to make in the future go a lot more smoothly for you. Please be aware that this is a group update for our members regarding a batch of resolutions we have recently received from this network

Once again B&Q have failed to honour cashback on a click and collect at their Thornbury, Bradford store. This has been the case for well over a year now and is simply not acceptable.

Cashback claim denied by B&Q,even though they deliverd item to me at home.Said they were unsure this transaction had taken place.Should have had £24.00 cashback.

Despite purchasing some bedroom furniture via 'Topcashback' and having delivered by B&Q - B&Q have refused to give me my - cashback 'It has been credited to another merchant' is their response - which worries me, as that may mean they have given my personnal data to someone else. Watch out!

Order placed and collected BBQ 3 days later, cash back went through ok initially, then disappeared totally! Came back a week later, then vanished again for 3 weeks. Finally went to payable 13 weeks after purchase.

Rang me on day of delivery to say order out of stock.Will not be using again.Also 20 minute wait on phone to rearrange delivery.

Ordered items online. They took payment. After 14 days, no delivery or even a telephone call. Telephoned them and was told item was out of stock. They will refund payment (yes, after having it in your bank for 14 days getting interest for you!).

DONT Bother does not Track!!! & pick and collect you have to go to store and staff pretend that you dint make it, even after showing them the email confirmation, may be they don't know that people have smartphones these days JUST DONT BOTHER WITH CASHBACK I made a fair distance with a hired van to pick up the order had to drive ,after going through 2 managers & finally speaking to GM they agreed to deliver on my terms

Don't bother with this merchant for collect in store orders, they don't track ( none of last four orders tracked.) This is why they don't accept claims for missing cashback.

Very disappointed, bought my new kitchen from B&Q via top cash back website, was perturbed when my cashback never tracked, even though I was very careful to make sure all visits were via the cashback site... after leaving it with Cashback customer services for the past 2 months, I have now been told that B&Q won't pay up as I returned the order. Simply NOT TRUE!! My Kitchen is still standing and not one item was returned. Absolute con as I would have ordered in store had I known and got a discount that way. Very disappointed that topcashback customer services will not take this any further with B&Q.

Online stock information incorrect, staff awful! Put in a Reserve and Collect order which states that they will call when the product is ready. Didnt hear so I went to the store to be told they dont have it in stock and when I told them their website indicated they had it in stock, staff were just not interested. Put in another order with a different store, same thing; no call. A couple of days later, I was in the area so I popped into the store to discover that they had in stock but couldnt be bothered to call. So finally, I get the item I want, but staff were not interested in the order number generated via the topcashback website. If you look at the footnote of the B&Q link on the topcashback website, it reads "Please note, we cannot accept missing cashback claims for Reserve & Collect orders." I suspect B&Q is trying to dodge cashback claims.
