i had cashback declined with a valid purchace of bike insurance via tcb... why do they get away with this misleading offer. will be taking business elsewhere in future. seems silly to decline valid cashback claims as it does your business no good at all and just gets people hacked off.

On 6/7/2015 £123.48 was debited from my account for the Motorbike insurance policy I took out through TopCashback with Bennetts. Despite 2 missing claims being submitted & numerous nudges Bennetts have not responded in any way. Please advise Bennetts that I will not be considering their company to be my insurance provider in the future. Furthermore, I will be posting negative feedback regarding their complete lack of response & advising all my motorcycling friends of my experience with this company. This hasn't been a claim that has been turned down for any reason. Bennetts have made no attempt to respond when requested & I think your customers should be made aware of this when considering which are the helpful insurance companies out there should any of us have the misfortune to make a claim on our policies.

Bought my Bike insurance with Bennets throught this site only for my cashback to declined, but could not give one specific reason. This has to be first one I've ever had declined using this site and I've used this site for many years without problems. Will not use Bennets again!!!

Twice bought from Bennetts via Topcashback twice not paid up.. Cashback declined. Been biking for 20 years and will not buy from them again.
Well done bennetts. loyal customer gone.. Don't offer it, if your not going to pay it.

Waste of time do not use as I never received the stated cash back, it has taken over a year to finally been informed by Top Cashback that I will not get my cash back of £40 approx. Since then i have moved Insurance Companies and saved over £300 pounds on the renewal, best avoid there are better Insurance Companies out there.
