	DO NOT deal with Bennett's. Charlatans. Twice I have bought insurance from Bennett's via Top Cash Back and they have now refused to pay once again. Guaranteed, the excuse they will trot out is; 'bought through a different channel.' Not so. Cleared all cookies before Clicking through Top Cash Back, got quote and paid for policy in one sweep. Hard lesson learnt. 'Once bitten', you should definitely be' twice shy' with this outfit!

	My cash back was declined, even though I purchased the bike insurance and still have the product. This is the first cash back to have failed . I shall return the Hastings Direct on renewal who seem to have no problem with cash back.

	All went through smoothly, got paid in just 2 months from buying the policy (all tracked automatically, etc). was a bit surprised with so much negative experience others had got though...

	the cashback tracked quickly but after 4 months it was declined. unable to lodge a claim with topcashback as it's just over the 100 day cut-off point. i've ended up with nothing. rubbish. avoid.

	After 4 months and a claim was made for the cashback, I was told it was refused on the grounds they had tracked my purchase as coming from Google and not TCB, which is an utter lie and a cop out. Looking at other comments here, they seem to refusing a lot of claims recently....

	Terrible company. Same issues as a lot of people on here the cashback failed to track then they state that we didn't purchase our insurance through TCB. Don't use this company for cashback, its an absolute rip off!!

	I purchased bike policy with bennetts.It took months and months and I never got cashback.Then I got e mail to put new unpaid claim.Which I had done already,so I was being told to wait another 90 days ! I emailed to explain I had already done that.Eventually got investigated and bennetts said no cashback !! Even though the purchase had tracked and had record of payment ??!!!

	Must warn other people-cashback experience went ok.However,be warned:-I sold my bike,advise them of this but nothing heard.Received a renewal notice,told them again but nothing heard.They then took the renewal premium from my bank account without my authority.It has taken nearly 3 months before premium refunded and they won't admit they have done wrong.So think twice when your insurance is due for renewal..... 	Cashback declined with an unreasonable excuse. Bennetts is pro-actively providing misleading information and then declining cashback to benefit their bottom line.

	All I received was 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' but there was not, just hope Bennetts can be trusted if I need them.

	Took Top Cashback around six months to deal with this and the outcome 'no cashback'. Bennetts claim to have no information. I suspect they are lying because to pay out cashback on my policy would have meant a loss for them. They make promises they can not keep.

	We took out the policy in April 2013 and went through as declined. I queried this with Top Cashback in June 2013 and I am STILL waiting for an answer! I am really not impressed, I would have taken out the insurance with a different company if I had known that they were so unreliable!.

	Very impressed that cashback shows up the day after taking out a policy! Thought it might need chasing again as with lots of other insurances or utilities. So surprised it is already added to the 'Pending' earnings!

	Bought a policy from Bennetts in October 2012 to date August 2013 am still awaiting cashback. Have lodged a claim as seems they "lost" our cashback information!

	Terrible company to deal with. Cashback was not tracked so I had to put a claim, when they eventually added it, they refused to pay and showed payment as £0. Not only that, my experience with their customer service was awful, they took money out and then claimed they hadnt. Avoid at all costs, the quotes may be appealing but the service should you need them is terrible.

	Cashback didn't track after purchase, so had to submit one manually. Cashback now been made and became payable. Really pleased overall: £40 insurance premium after £40 cashback is a bargain price.
