Bunch of crooks ... didn't pay cashback, this is after a year of taking out and holding the policy with them.
I WILL NEVER EVER buy from Bennetts again ..
Avoid with a very long barge pole ....
Topcashback - Why do you continue promote them????

Bennetts insurance was cheapest, but Cashback never paid, in spite of pursuing a claim. Have waited over two years and finally given up. Don't rely on cashback.

I did everything to the letter, and was still rejected for cashback after tracking ok for 90 days. The terms do state that recurrences are limited, but as this was my second claim that seems harsh!

Tracked quickly. Wait to see how long to become payable, but at the end of the day I needed bike insurance so if I get the £20.00 its a bonus.

Do not expect any cashback with Bennetts. I paid up front in full via topcashback and failed to recieve my £20.20. I submitted a claim and answer as to why and they simply declined to give a reason and did not pay out. This cashback was the reason I chose them above another company. Do Not buy Bennetts.

Took out the insurance in September 2009, £20 cash back has just appeared in my account over 2 years later.
I had given up on insurance cash back as none seem to honour it but maybe sending a nudge does work, just takes years not months.

Didnt pay up, waited 4 months only to be told they rejected my claim, was not a renewal or saved quote. Fresh polocy and will be making sure they dont get my bussiness ever again....

Don't bother you won't get any. Nuff said. I would suggest you avoid this company unless they are way cheaper than others. Watch the paperwork as well if you do join, as it's wording is quite threatening, eg if you don't sign and send back a form within so many days they'll fine you and debit your card.

Took several weeks longer than TCB estimated to become payable, but at least it paid out - I see Bennetts currently averaging 2 stars, due to many unresolved claims. Personally, I find them better than my previous insurer Devitt, who have been the only merchant I have not received a cashback payment from after a much more convoluted claim process. Bennetts Insurance also better value even without the cashback.

I've been waiting 18months and still haven't received my cashback despite Top Cashback chasing them. I've sent numberous nudges as well. They are still probably the cheapest motorbike insurers but just don't honour the cashback promise!

I bought my insurance, via Topcashback, from Bennetts. Policy documents, etc arrived no problem but 6 months down the line I've still not received my £20.00 "cashback" from them despite sending 53 "nudges" to date! Not very impressed by Bennetts or Topcashback.
