do not deal with this company as will not pay cashback google them and put complaints after and see what they are like. TOPCASHBACK SHOULD READ ALL THESE COMPLAINTS AND REMOVE THEM FROM THERE WEBSITE BUT THEY WONT AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THE MONEY

Insurance was pretty cheap but have been waiting almost a year for cashback. It showed fairly quickly, then later disappeared. Put in claim through Top Cashback but still no joy. Will not use Bennetts again.

I ran two quotes - one through TCB, and an identical one direct with Bennetts. the TCB quote was significantly higher than going direct, and even with the cashback the cost was quite a lot higher if I had gone through TCB. So, if you want to save money, go direct!
Like others, my Statement of Facts was also changed along with security features etc once it came in the post. I corrected it online by email, and also by surface mail, and they STILL got things wrong or missed information out that I gave them. No doubt this is to ensure that any claim I may have will fail as I haven't disclosed material facts, but I kept evidence of the information I sent them and the Recorded Delivery receipts to ensure that in the event of a claim I will have a legitimate argument.
This is one of those cases where it really doesn't pay to go through TCB! Needles to say, I won't be renewing with Bennetts next year.

does cashback not care about its reputation you were recommended by martin lewis. Im sure he would like to know about some retailers using this site and not paying cashback. looking at the reviews dont touch them use someone more expensive who will give cashback

Bought online insurance in April 09 and STILL awaiting the cashback in Dec 10, Needless to say I didn`t renew with them this year as plenty of other companies could beat their price and were prompt with their cash back. Shame TCB can`t do more to help with claims that are not paid.

Great cashback, quickly tracked and £20 cashback for my £72.35 for a moped is an amazing saving :) Very very happy and took only around 6 weeks to be able to withdraw it

Cashback showed £20 for a few months then went to £0, policy paid in full, no claims, tried to chase up but i gave up in the end, Bennetts are rubbish & my renewal quote is sky high, avoid at all coats!!!

i purchased an online policy with this company, paid full amount of policy imediately. NEVER recieved a penny in cash back. i notified top cashback and they have been unable to get my cash back. After 6 months of waiting i have given up and am leaving a negative feedback for them. incidentially, i will not renew the policy with them

took out a fully comp motorcycle insurance policy and paid in full. Tracked immediately at £20 and has now suddenly changed to £0 payable! Only opted for this policy as it made the annual charge cheaper with the cashback, wish I hadn't bothered now!

This is the second year in a row that Bennetts have failed to give me my cashback, 4 months on......nothing, not a peep, not a penny.
I gave them a second chance, I should not have bothered, don't waste your time with this lot.
Topcashback - it's time you removed this company if it fails to pay your members.
