Cashback seemed to track o.k. but when I received the printed statement of facts for the policy the information had been altered from what I had input and my security measures had been omitted so I had to call them up and correct the facts. My policy cost was adjusted minorly for the security measures but then the cashback came back as £0.00. I now have an insurance policy documant which says I paid -£5.00 for my insurance, if only that was true!!! It has now been 3 months since I bought the policy and I am still waiting for my failed tracking enquiry to be resolved. Bennetts have not inspired confidence in their ability to record things accurately so I suspect I will have to wait a bit longer. Fingers crossed.

I have no doubt that this cashback will be rejected as I didn't take out a policy with them. Why do they give provisional cashback on the strength of a quote?

Amazing. Has tracked before I've even taken out the policy...methinks something amiss somewhere. Just hope when I DO take out the policy the genuine transaction will track.

Bennetts are rubbish at cashback, even when told of policy number, dates and times, they come up with some junk about another cashback provided claiming on this policy 6 months later..............Total nonsence, my advice to Topcackback members is to stear clear clear of this lot, I will in future.

Bennetts offered quick service as always and a good rate on renewal - cash back was a bonus! Tracked as £0.00 for a while but all came good in the end! Thanks TCB & Bennetts

Bennetts are brokers and not direct insurers, which means they can offer deals from several insurance companies, but be careful if you decide to cancel the insurance early; it will cost you dearly! Bennetts (not the insurance companies) currently have an administration fee of £30, which will wipe out any cashback claimed.
